Cindy Lou Hensley McCain (born Cindy Lou Hensley on May 20, 1954) is the wife of U.S. Senator, ill-fated presidential candidate, elderly curmudgeon, and dick John McCain. She, herself, is a multi-millionaire, pill-popper--a combination sometimes referred to as a "pillionaire"--and an excellent example of why people should stop after one facelift, two max. She is also a dick.

As a potential though seriously long shot First Lady, anything and everything about Cindy McCain will be seized upon and exaggerated by the media. Like her hideously plastic appearance. And the period of her life she spent zonked out on Percocet. And that she obviously has a fetish for old balls.

What many people on the left seem to have difficulty grasping is that many people were taken aback when Mrs. Obama stated that she had only recently become proud of her country.

Are you saying that Americans are not taken aback over the fact that C.i.n.d.y. , with all her wealth, stole drugs from an international relief organization to feed her addiction?
If the behavior of one candidate's spouse is fair game, then so is the other. People have a right to know that the Repubs. believe that a drug addict, who engaged in felonious, criminal behavior is the best woman to represent their party and this country. I'd like mc.same, to explain to us how his spouse avoided criminal charges, that any one of the rest of us would surely have had to face.

Cindy McCain had a drug problem resulting from two spinal surgeries and emotional distress from the Keating 5 scandal. She abused drugs for three years from 1989 until 1992. She voluntarily came forward and confessed this on national television in 1993. Yes a former employee had tipped off the DEA and was going to go public with the story anyway. Is anyone truly surprised that a person wouldn't want the problems they had with drugs aired publicly? Would anyone here let an angry ex-employee be the one to tell the world about a problem you had rather than tell the world yourself?

The DEA and US Attorney General performed an investigation that Cindy settled by paying for the investigation, joining narcotics anonymous and performing community service. Since this was her first offense and no one but her was harmed (AVMT actions were not affected) this seems reasonable.

Cindy had a drug problem nearly 20 years ago that she confessed to publicly and paid her debt to society for. Michelle recently stated that she was only now proud of her country. Michelle is currently close friends with domestic terrorists who freely admit to attempting violent overthrow of the government and planting bombs and making bombs with the intention of murdering police and American soldiers. They managed to escape prosecution because the FBI messed up the investigation.

Cindy was friends with Mother Teresa.

I for one am not comparing the two and am not inclined to judge either of them (particularly based on sketchy information presented by partisan hacks). I am inclined to judge those who trash either of these women in lieu of having an educated debate about their husbands positions and records. And to be clear, when I say positions, I'm not talking about sex.

This article is really low class. I've never heard of dickipedia and since I'm older than 12 I don't plan on ever visiting their site. It's entirely possible to disagree with a candidate in every way but to stoop to the level of ridiculing his wife's past problems with drugs and call her ugly is despicable. You know his daughter Bridgette (who Cindy adopted at the request of Mother Teresa) was born with a cleft palate. How about you write an article making fun of her too?

I read Huff Post because it's interesting to see a completely different point of view and to try and have an honest debate about various issues. This is beyond the pale. Yes it occurs from time to time on conservative websites too but that doesn't make it okay to do it. At least most of the articles here aren't in this same vein, but c'mon, did this really deserve publishing? Has it enriched anyone's life or provoked thought or debate?

What you so-called fiscally responsible (we're now trillions of dollars in MORE debt, thanks to present administration), lapel-wearing/flag-waving (but you seemingly have no problem with our young people dying daily in a war that was entered into BASED ON LIES), family values (I've literally lost count of all of the sexual scandals perpertrated by those associated with this administration) conservatives fail to realize is that you CANNOT have it both ways.

Clearly you don't know me as personally well as you seem to think you do. Again, yes there have been some personal attacks on the wives of democrats, I didn't support those either. I don't recall Mrs. Obama being called hideous in her personal appearance but if she was that would not be acceptable either.

I have always been proud of America and have volunteered to defend it in whatever manner the president finds appropriate. We find it to be a legit cause of concern when Mr. Obama associates for years with a pastor who has vicious anti-white and anti-American sermons that Obama claims he never noticed. I personally become alarmed when the Obamas are close friends with unrepentant domestic terrorists. People who have attacked and attempted to kill police officers and military personnel. From what I've seen the excuse is that this was in the past but Ayers is proud of it. I'm currently in the military, I'm an Iraq war vet and our possible commander in chief is close friends with someone who tried to kill American soldiers?! Ayers opposes this war too, if Obama is elected what will happen to me?

Again, there is so much pathos surrounding this candidate, his wife and "campaign", it's an unbelievable thought that this could be the face of the presidency over the next four years. It just seems like an insane joke.
