Now it's Paris Hilton's chance to tell off John McCain for putting her in an Obama attack ad. Late Sunday Paris's mother Kathy slammed McCain for the waste of money, time and attention given to the ad in a blog for Huffington Post (excerpted below). But Paris has gone a step further and taken her response to the camera in a scripted piece, saying she'll "see you at the debate, bitches."

Watch Paris's video from Funny or Die:

***UPDATE***

McCain's spokesman has responded to Paris' new video:

Sounds like Paris is taking the 'All of the Above' energy approach that John McCain has advocated -- both alternatives and drilling. Perhaps the reality is that Paris has a more substantive energy plan than Barack Obama.

Kathy Hilton's HuffPost blog:

I've been asked again and again for my response to the now infamous McCain celebrity ad. I actually have three responses. It is a complete waste of the money John McCain's contributors have donated to his campaign. It is a complete waste of the country's time and attention at the very moment when millions of people are losing their homes and their jobs. And it is a completely frivolous way to choose the next President of the United States.

Actually, there's a ongoing movement to push for Dick Cheney as McCain's running mate: http://conservativethought.org/Petition/index.html . Unbelievable!

This response is CLASSIC because it really shows the stupidity of John McCain's attack ad. McCain's finished... the more and more I talk to people on the street the more I'm convinced. Even Republican family members are voting for Obama and these attack ads are bouncing off them. Why? Because they worked before, then look what we got. 8 years of utter disaster. People have come a long ways from the days of fear campaigning. They will try. I wish Obama would get on with it and debate the white haired guy now. It would be a SLAUGHTER.

PARIS TURNS DEBATES ON A DIME!

We have the Change Express, we have the Straight Talk Express, maybe it’s time for Paris Hilton to get back on her Bus and give it a message, the (PDN) Presumptive Democratic Nominee like’s the “WHATEVER” Express message. But Paris could put it up to her fans or the Non-Partisan-Independents to name her Bus Express, and like another female member of the Military Industrial Complex who is not hot, provide the Paris Campaign with a “Theme Music” and not “Rocky”.

The guy’s who wrote the Paris Rebuttal could do it again, and again, and again, What do we do about Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, (FEMA) and stopping to blood letting of jobs to foreign countries, (FISA) how do we stop the Military Industrial Government and its minions from spying on this countries own citizens, how do we stop the kangaroo court trials in Git-Mo which the entire world calls illegal and a war crime, And bring the George the First Military Industrial Complex Imperial Presidency to accountability and judgment?

Wouldn’t be nice to have a second voice outside of (NYC) New York City, or (DC) Washington, D. C.? If nothing else it would bring to light just how much of a joke this whole Change and Straight Talk Express is. Until the Corruption is policed there can be no Straight Talk from all the double talking, and Change can’t happen if Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and cast of characters remain.

No!...wait...stop...PLEASE leave us all alone from your constant self-praising, baby-talk and pole dancing...America's dumbest symbol doesn't look good on us Dems. How will we have any credibility endorsing a really smart man like Obama?
C'mon, do you really think that Paris could handle a spontaneous little debate on this subject or ANY subject for that matter..STOP making us look like a joke!!!!!!!!

my larry craig character?
who the hell is larry craig?
i'm not a republican, i'm not a democrat,
there is no difference between the parties, no matter who wins, we the people will lose, because government will get bigger, we'll piss off foreign powers and the rich will get richer, while the poor get poorer, and the middle class will disappear, and anyone here who thinks EITHER candidate will make a difference is as dumb, if not dumber than miss hilton... but hey, she's one of the rich who are going to get richer without contributing anything to society....

i will say this though, as a veteran of the US Army, it'll be nice to have someone in office who actually SERVED their country and sacrificed for our freedom, unlike slick willy 8 years ago and air guard dodging shrub....

I care what she has to say and the whole Republican Party can stick their comments, their ideology and their heads where the sun don't shine.

McCain's point that media attention is irrelevant, is eloquently being verified by HuffPo.

McCain is arguing that media attention is irrelevant? A few days ago he was whining that media attention was skewed to Obama. Of course McCain doesn't do much besides talk about Obama. Even his own commercial that prompted Paris' response didn't say anything positive about McCain. So maybe he really does want to avoid media attention. Can you blame him?

Yeah -Really -
McCain's spokesman has responded to Paris' new video:

Yes McCain wants OVERSIGHT on his policies - just like Bush and Cheney. Oversight on everything - except what they shred that is.
