Mike Barnicle, filling in for Chris Matthews on Hardball, took a backhanded swipe at bloggers during a discussion of presidential campaign tactics. Barnicle referred to bloggers as "nitwits with computers." Considering how widespread and entrenched blogging has become in the 2008 elections, Barnicle seems to be a bit behind the times.
