Angelina Jolie Endorsement Sought By Both Obama, McCain Campaigns

Wilshire and Washington:

It may seem as if most entertainment industry figures are aligning with Barack Obama and just a few with John McCain, but there are still a handful of famous names who are still on the fence. And both campaigns are well aware of one star who stands out among the undecideds: Angelina Jolie.

Both campaigns have reached out to her, apparently to court her support. But in a statement to Variety provided by political adviser Trevor Neilson, Jolie says that she is waiting to make up her mind.

I hope Anjelia lives up to the reputation she has in the world. With her values placing family and the orphaned her top priority, Ms Jolie could never endorse Obama if she is aware of his voting record and extreme position on abortion. This is a wonderful opportunity for her to use her high profile publicity to make Obama's unacceptable position on human rights as it pertains to life from the moment of conception come to the forefront of this discussion.

There is no doubt Mccain is a "hard to swallow" alternative, but the issues must be made clear in order to understand where we are headed.

There is no way someone as smart and well-informed as Angelina is undecided. She is just wants both candidates to see who can suck up the most by offering some kind of foreign-refugee or food program that she likes.

Truth is, if she wasn't born Johnnies kid she would be a waitress in LA and how does she repay her father? By not speaking to him in years b/c she said she hated the way he cheated on her mother. Well she's repeating that pattern and she's a total hyporcrit. She's done the exact same thing he did.

She does what most of them do. What feels good at the time and forget the people it hurts in the mean time. Some of you treat her like Mother Theresa and that she aint!

AJ never said she doesn't speak to her dad because of his cheating on her Mum. She said she doesn't have him in her life because he verbally abused her and her Mum & brother and she couldn't risk her son being exposed to that. AJ didn't cheat in her relationships and she wasn't with Brad before his marriage ended.

She can vote for whoever she likes. She does not have to tell anyone who shes voting for.

Obama wrote a wonderful article against the Patriot Act (the second one), it was great until the end where he said that he would vote for it anyway and see what happens. He constantly does that.

McCain as president will tell you how he is going to screw you and screw you.

Obama will give you a list of reasons why he should not screw you, tell you he really doesn't want to screw you but that he is going to screw you anyway.
