President Bush Not So Good With American Flags

So, apparently, even after seven years, President George W. Bush still hasn't learned how to correctly display the American flag. Glorious. We still have to pay him a salary, out of our stimulus packages, apparently.

It's times like this that you just sort of have to say, "Know what? On second thought, Mr. President, please don't make an effort to resolve the crisis in Georgia, okay? I think we'll all be better off."

omg - just give him a break would'ya. come on - he was excited - and jumped up to raise the flag. It was backward - who cares really. This kind of reporting is just silly and make you look silly.

The more important thing that is interesting is that he can sit in a crowed venue in a foreign country apparently - right in the middle of "common" folks but yet cannot drive down the streets of his own country?

Don't child development specialists say that by age 3 or 4 children have developed enough to realize that what they can see isn't always what other people, from different vantage points, can see? I think they have also studied this in chimpanzees, but chimps don't realize this. Of course, they don't live to be 60+ years old either, not that it would make any difference, apparently.

I have been saying this for 7 YEARS!

The way that Bush is holding the flag show CONTEMPT for America - there is a flag etiquette - the star filed is ALWAYS on the left -

BUT - just look at the American Troops in Iraq - the flag patches on their shoulders - they are displayed backwards too - Showing the Bush and Cheney Administration has contempt for America and that they are fighting an Illegal WAR!

If you look at police departments, NASA or any other United States Organization you will see the flag displayed on the persons LEFT shoulder and the Correct Way.

Since Bush and Cheney came into Office the US flag has been displayed on MILITARY personnel on the RIGHT shoulder and the Star Field on the Right - this is the symbolism for the New World Order and that it Controls America!

Calm down. The star field is NOT "always on the left". Let's say you have one of those flags flying on the hood of your car, if the car goes by and you're standing on the driver's side, the flag looks fine. If you're standing on the passenger's side, the flag looks "backwards." (This is also true for flag bearers in a parade, the calvary, etc.) The overriding principle is that the flag is in a FORWARD motion. A flag on the right shoulder positioned the way you suggest would show a backwards or retreating motion. I hope this clears things up for you.

This flag looked alright to him as he was looking at it and as usual he cared little about how others saw it from the other side!! This whole 7 plus years he has doen this every chance he has gotten so it's finally a picture of this of him in action. Had he done this before 2004 maybe more people would not have voted for him.... But this is little compared to what Mccain does all the time and MSM also gives him a pass too. I hope that isn't a sign of things to come in November.
