Did McCain Plagiarize His Georgia Speech From Wikipedia?

A Wikipedia editor notices some similarities between Sen. John McCain's speech today on the crisis in Georgia and the Wikipedia article on the country Georgia. They appear similar enough that most people would consider parts of McCain's speech to be derived from Wikipedia.

K.Oberman & Rachel Maddow summarised Mc's rediculous neo sabre rattlings contrasted with O's more reasoned speak concerning this conflict. Rachel called Mc confrontational, military force driven, while at the same time being impotent with no assets of moral authority to dictate to Russia!! O's statement was more to both players Georgia & Russia encouraging diplomatic reason.

While Bu$h, Inc. ignored Russia's growth & antagonized Putin at the same time by appeasing Georgia building its military capabilities ... (the rub being more Georgian boots on the ground in Iraq) ... what happened to American foreign policy? How many @sses can America kick???

Even if he didn't plagiarize his facts from Wikipedia, I don't think he should be attempting to "teach" history lessons. Isn't being smart and professor-like a complete turn-off to his voting base?
