UPDATED: Roseanne Attacks Brad And Angelina, Slams McCain And Maureen Dowd

A day after Roseanne's blogs from below attacking Brangelina, Dowd, McCain, Edwards and others, she responded to the response

all celeb news is calling me to come on their shows and talk about my "attack" on brangelina. They say nothing about my attacks on howard dean, pumas, obama, hillary, maureen dowd, bush cheney, pelosi, congress, religion capitalism and satan though...I liked angelina til i heard her say she likes insane mccain for potus. By the way, I think elizabeth hasselberg is a f'r s're closet case that wants to get whipped by sherri shepherd in a black corset while old babs slaps a riding crop on both of their exposed butt-oxes. love, crackpot granny!

She added another post three hours later saying:

i do not know brangelina and do not mean to personally impugn them as they might be good people in the flesh, but the media's images of them are smelly and vile, and I must always attack the media's representation of what is good or cool, because those who inhabit the media world of glamour and entertainment and fashion and gossip are horrid people who have no talent of any kind, and yet think of themselves as tastemakers.

Roseanne has taken up blogging on her website in a big way, and is voicing her contempt on all sorts of issues multiple times a day, from Hollywood celebrities to the candidates to Maureen Dowd.

In a post entitled "Jon Voight," Roseanne lashes out at Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, and Jolie's supposed comments on being a still-undecided voter. After calling Voight a "used tampon" she writes:

jon voight your evil spawn angelina jolie and her vacuous hubby brad pitt make about forty million dollars a year in violent psychopathic movies and give away three of it to starving children trying to look as if they give a crap about humanity as they spit out more dunces that will consume more than their fair share and wreck the earth even more. (just sayin').
Also miss jolie says she likes mccain too and hasn't decided who to endorse....huh? Aren't you supposed to be somewhat enlightened, or do you not know that the african daughter you hold in every picture had parents who suffered and died because of the republican party's worldwide economic assault on africa over the last few decades since reagan? whaaaa...??????!!!! (for that matter, the thai and vietnamese sons you are photo'd with weekly too!!!? who's pictures you sell to raise money to help the poor? Their families are victims of America's right wing military incursions too. Mccain wants to continue with the idea of war for profit...the americans are over that thinking now! They have drugged our troops and lower classes into supporting their oil business atrocities for long enough. We want to save not lose our souls thank you. Now go back to making your movies about women who love to handle big guns that shoot hundreds of people to death. Ps....it might be good for your asian and african children's self esteem to know you support a brown man for the leader of the free world.)

In another entry called "Elizabeth Edwards" she writes:

tell your husband to man up and claim his baby. Divorce him. take your kids and go to the beaches in southern france and then go see gaudi's art in barcelona.

And she minces no words when it comes to McCain in multiple entries slamming him on all kinds of issues. In an entry called "McCain is pro-life" she writes:

He looks like a fetus and his wife looks like king tut. they can both worship the holy hidden orifice from beyond the great behind where fetuses (white ones) live in heavenly peace!!!

Another entry displays her thoughts on Maureen Dowd in its title, 'Maureen "C-Word" Dowd'

Angry, hateful, vitrolic? It seems as though people have completely forgotten that Roseann is a comic. Comedy comes from the dark place. Why is everyone so afraid when a woman sounds hateful? We get angry too, as humans I believe we are entitled to that!

As for Brad and Angelina, Roseanne is right on the money. You can not strumpet around and put yourself out there for world issues and causes, and then not a peep about supporting someone who is concerned with those same issues and causes. This is what EVERYONE calls a hypocrite (sp?). All hypocrites are FAKE. That is the definition of that term.

And don't even bother to state "she has a right to keep private on her voting choice" or "she's not brining a block of voters with her." Spare me. Don't try to cover up for the things that are obvious. She does not wish to say because she is 100% FAKE, doesn't really care about anything other than her career by using and making her bones on the back of third world children none of whom every look happy. Sometimes we just have to face facts. Hollywood is FAKE, thus Brad and Angie fit right in. They just like pretending­... its the rest of us who care. I don't care about either one of their opinions, I don't even consider them to be actual real people except for the fact that they are actually "living."

Love Roseanne's follow up comments about that nutcase Hasselbeck. Also to Roseanne's other point, I have only heard the media talking about her comments regarding Angelina Jolie and not anyone else. It always amazes me how much the media inflates her importance.

It is quite possible with Angelina's international position in the UN, that she thinks it is inappropriate to be aggressively partisan for the democrats. After all, what happens if the republicans win? If she wants to be in a position to leverage either party, she may be trying to appear politically agnostic. There is not a politician in the United States who would refuse to speak with Angelina Jolie regardless of her vote, repiglicans or democraps. However, I was surprised and disappointed to hear that she hasn't chosen between McCain or Obama knowing that she holds the position she does with the UN. I believe while private citizens have a right to be secretive, movie stars and others who make $$$ from being public have to take the bad with the good--i.e.­, make money from being public, then BE public.

Supporting candidates is part of fame. Of course stars can say they're "undecided" but that makes them look more ignorant than mud.

To say you support orphans without putting together the fact that the political party you support or can’t decide about creates orphans by the 100,000s also makes you look very unaware.

It's possible the rich and famous only contribute to causes like orphanages to make their selfish lives look a bit less selfish.

Who cares what the rich and famous say -- it doesn't influence how I vote. I'm not affected by people I don't know personally.

What decides my vote are my values.

Do I say I believe in the sanctity of life and then support killing women and children with bullets or starvation? Do I make women look mindless and complacent through my job? No.

I live my values. So does Rosanne. Long live women who speak the truth strongly.

There's a lot of truth in what Roseanne says. Angelina Jolie has positive comments about McCain and implied she supports him. She won't do it outright but her heart appears to prefer him, just like her father who also is a right-wing republican.
