UPDATED: Roseanne Attacks Brad And Angelina, Slams McCain And Maureen Dowd

A day after Roseanne's blogs from below attacking Brangelina, Dowd, McCain, Edwards and others, she responded to the response

all celeb news is calling me to come on their shows and talk about my "attack" on brangelina. They say nothing about my attacks on howard dean, pumas, obama, hillary, maureen dowd, bush cheney, pelosi, congress, religion capitalism and satan though...I liked angelina til i heard her say she likes insane mccain for potus. By the way, I think elizabeth hasselberg is a f'r s're closet case that wants to get whipped by sherri shepherd in a black corset while old babs slaps a riding crop on both of their exposed butt-oxes. love, crackpot granny!

She added another post three hours later saying:

i do not know brangelina and do not mean to personally impugn them as they might be good people in the flesh, but the media's images of them are smelly and vile, and I must always attack the media's representation of what is good or cool, because those who inhabit the media world of glamour and entertainment and fashion and gossip are horrid people who have no talent of any kind, and yet think of themselves as tastemakers.

PREVIOUSLY:
Roseanne has taken up blogging on her website in a big way, and is voicing her contempt on all sorts of issues multiple times a day, from Hollywood celebrities to the candidates to Maureen Dowd.

In a post entitled "Jon Voight," Roseanne lashes out at Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, and Jolie's supposed comments on being a still-undecided voter. After calling Voight a "used tampon" she writes:

jon voight your evil spawn angelina jolie and her vacuous hubby brad pitt make about forty million dollars a year in violent psychopathic movies and give away three of it to starving children trying to look as if they give a crap about humanity as they spit out more dunces that will consume more than their fair share and wreck the earth even more. (just sayin').
Also miss jolie says she likes mccain too and hasn't decided who to endorse....huh? Aren't you supposed to be somewhat enlightened, or do you not know that the african daughter you hold in every picture had parents who suffered and died because of the republican party's worldwide economic assault on africa over the last few decades since reagan? whaaaa...??????!!!! (for that matter, the thai and vietnamese sons you are photo'd with weekly too!!!? who's pictures you sell to raise money to help the poor? Their families are victims of America's right wing military incursions too. Mccain wants to continue with the idea of war for profit...the americans are over that thinking now! They have drugged our troops and lower classes into supporting their oil business atrocities for long enough. We want to save not lose our souls thank you. Now go back to making your movies about women who love to handle big guns that shoot hundreds of people to death. Ps....it might be good for your asian and african children's self esteem to know you support a brown man for the leader of the free world.)

In another entry called "Elizabeth Edwards" she writes:

tell your husband to man up and claim his baby. Divorce him. take your kids and go to the beaches in southern france and then go see gaudi's art in barcelona.

And she minces no words when it comes to McCain in multiple entries slamming him on all kinds of issues. In an entry called "McCain is pro-life" she writes:

He looks like a fetus and his wife looks like king tut. they can both worship the holy hidden orifice from beyond the great behind where fetuses (white ones) live in heavenly peace!!!

Another entry displays her thoughts on Maureen Dowd in its title, 'Maureen "C-Word" Dowd'

Roseanne is right on target about Angelina's political stance. It really is amazing how someone supposedly as sophisticated as Ms. Jolie can be that unaware of John McCain's policies -- which are the total antithesis of what Angelina tries to represent. And Brad -- where are you? Please, listen to your friend George Clooney.

Maybe Jolie is counting on a John McCain presidency to produce more Third World orphans for her to adopt. There ain't no way to beat the kind of publicity she rakes in every time she adopts another suffering orphan. And she's not sure if she wants to endorse McCain? Well, put two and two together. Perpetual War = Perpetual Orphans = Perpetual Publicity.

I think she is both serious and purposely outrageous. That's her brand of comedy.Brad has been in some good films, though, and "Girl, Interrupted" won AJ an Oscar. I do wish she cared about better scripts. She seems content to settle for these Mr. and Mrs. Smith bombs, and she takes the money and runs, charity not withstanding. I don't begrudge her the French mansion--they really get no normalcy in the states with the lecherous paparazzi everywhere.
Rosie is right about Voight though--she should have left it at that and simply added the part about Bush policy affecting AJ'sadopted children's homeland poverty. She is playing Al Gore politics, trying to be a spokesperson for the UN without polarizing. You know what Dante said in The Inferno:"The hottest places in hell are reserved for those who, in time of great moral crisis, choose to do nothing."

Did you ever think that if they didn't force their weeks-old children to become cash cows they might get left alone a little more? I get that the money goes to charity, but I hope they've saved some for therapy later.
