Cindy McCain Mother Teresa Story Fabricated

Gilding the lily is nothing new to politics. From the 1840s when William Henry Harrison claimed to have been born in a log cabin (it was actually a Virginia plantation) to Ronald Reagan's reminiscing about flying over Germany in World War II (he did, but only in a movie), politicians have taken perfectly good stories and embellished them.

The latest embellishments come from the McCain camp. Cindy McCain has repeatedly referred to herself as an "only child." This week came news that she actually has two half sisters, although apparently she had very little contact with them.

The McCain campaign had also put out the story that Mother Teresa "convinced" Cindy to bring home two orphans from Bangladesh in 1991.

Mrs. McCain, it turns out, never met Mother Teresa. (Once contacted by the Monitor, the campaign revised the story on its website.)

If those stories were about Michelle, it would have been reported all over again and again, questioning her character. We would have heard this on PLUTO, MARS, VENUS etc.

People PALLEEZE, Cindy McCain is all crippled now from too much glad handing and all you can do is dig up some old tired Mother Teresa story. Like Mother Teresa would have made a better first lady? She wasn't even married, and besides she kept doing all that dumb charity work for people who probably didn't pay taxes or were of no benefit to the GNP. Cindy just gave all the Mother Teresa worshippers something to dream about. To think that Mother Teresa was that close to our future first lady, well if that's not some good news, I don't know what is!

The very idea that our coutry is crying out to be cleansed of the nastiness and basic evil done by this administration with all of the lies which has led to over 4500 of our own troops dead thousands wounded also and these numbrs do not represent other ocuntries losses as well as the Iraqis too. The country we love has lost it's pride and it's ability to look at the other countries of the world and not have so degree of shame for what Bush/Cheney has done just for what seems to be a lark for the title of war president. Where once other cuntries looked to us for guidance and assistance morally we are no longer part of a compass for anyone and this makes me so sad. Our Constitution has been stomped on torn and dirtied with the whiping of the arses of those responsible for the damages to it without care/concern. That so many innocents and not innocent were badly tortured and Geneva convention agreements were tossed to the wind and laughed at by these same fools is the height of evil to me. And now McCain and wife both are proving they place not one iota of value to speaking the truth themselves. Bush III.

Talking about the Saddlebrook Forum and little integrity, it seems that McCain didn't follow the rules, but instead studied the questions before his turn to speak.

QUESTION: Not good. 80 percent of Americans recently polled said they believe in merit pay. Now, for teachers, do you - I'm not asking do you think all teachers should get a raise. Do you think better teachers should be paid better? They should be paid more than poor teachers?

MCCAIN: Yes, yes, and find bad teachers another line of work. (APPLAUSE).

WARREN: You know, we're going to end this, you're answering so quickly. You want to play a game of poker?

Why did Warren make his comment? McCain just had a quick, concise and eloquent answer to the question. Can you find anything wrong with Mccain's answer?

The question above was for Obama!! How could McCain answer the question if he didn't hear it in advance? Here is McCain's question:

WARREN: About 80 percent of America says they support merit pay for the best teachers. Now, I don't want to hear your stump speech on education.

MCCAIN: Yes, yes, and find bad teachers another line of work. (APPLAUSE).
This answer doesn't make sense for the question McCain was asked.

I think it's pretty clear what happened. He and Warren planned this ahead of time (fake "coin toss"), McCain got the questions in advance, prepped his answers, and came late (as privately planned with Warren) in order to listen to Obama and make sure he didn't hit one out of the park.

Warren knew when he went on the air that McCain wasn't sequestered backstage, but he lied about it repeatedly anyway.

The CNN transcript now edits out Warren's other incriminating comment: "So you got my questions then? Good."

Liars. Frauds. and Cheaters. But the MSM doesn't harp on it--or even repeatedly mention it--so....the majority of people don't even know.

Cindy Mccain should be ashamed of herself to let this lie hang over a great women that is dead. How could anyone do this to anyone!

Perhaps it's just me, but I think there is much more to Cindy than we know. But then I'm always suspicious of people who don't seem comfortable in their skin. I'm going to guess there is more in that closet besides her "pass" drug addiction problem.

I would have liked to have been a fly on the wall when Cindy came home and "presented" John with his new daughter. My husband is a very kind person, and his immediate response would have been "WTF?????!!!!!!!!" Adopting a child is not a unilateral decision to be made. Poor John, he had to weigh the ultimate consequences - to adopt a non-Caucasian child or to be known as a coldhearted guy who wouldn't give an orphan a home - that this move would have on his political career. I'm sure he had a few choice words for Cindy.
