A roving monkey recently wreaked havoc in a Tokyo train station when 100 policemen armed with nets failed to catch him. Police say that the animal was either a wild monkey from the mountains or a stray pet.

I would like it if HuffPo placed the story about the RFID chips in passports (now at the very bottom) above the one of a monkey wreaking havoc.
Isn't losing your civil liberties more important to place high on the page, than the story of a terrified monkey who nonetheless can outsmart human pursuers?
Maybe the subtext is that we will all be terrified monkeys, chased by witless humans soon.
