Suri Cruise joined mom Katie Holmes at a New York City playground the other day. Surrounded by a partly stunned (hear a confused young boy exclaim, "It's Tom Cruise's mother!) and partly indifferent kids and their caregivers, two-year-old Suri played around in the sandbox, slid down the slide and almost landed on another toddler.

This is not only unnecessary, but who gives a CRAP about Tom Cruise. the man is a friggin nut. I feel sorry for his daughter.
Whatever you think of Katie Holmes, she must be a nervous wreck being photographed all the time. Of course, these people are always carrying their children, too. Wouldn't you, if someone was constantly taking your picture with them?
I brought this up in an earlier post that never was published on this string.
There may be a violation of the law to stalk, photograph and publish photos of a CHILD. This is not an instance of a celebrity attending an event and their child being consquently photographed. This is a blatant attempt to make the CHILD the subject of an unsolicited photo and/or video to publish for profit.
I believe this is (or should be) a criminal offense
Like everything else about the media in general:
* No private life.
* It's all about money.
* Lowest common denominator to attract the most viewers and sponsors (see "it's all about money")
* They're celebrities. Everything else they do is in public and make big bucks.
* Why can't they make their own autobiographies and nix the trashiest of the media's snooping in the process?
* Similar to above, why not give the trash media naked pictures of themselves? Paparazzi would get bored soon enough...
* They make huge amounts of money for looking pretty and proving a pine forest has more acting talent.
* Some of them go out of their way to mention their private lives. Why feel sorry? This loosely goes back to writing a tell-all autobiography and getting over it.
As if people would care, but then at least the celebs would have tried, instead of whining.
This really is creepy. Please stop putting these kinds of pictures and videos up.
Huffington Post - I am so disappointed. This is creepy. I could maybe understand the first photo of a celebrity child but beyond that - you sink to the bottom of the barrel.

You're so right. This is awful. Let her take her child to the playground with out everyone taking photos and bugging them. Is it really ncessary to put this on your site? I think it's awful.

Suri Cruise is a very lovely little girl. I enjoy any pictures of her. She seems to be very close to both parents.

filming kids in parks when they are not yours and you do not have permission is creepy. very creepy. i don't care how famous the tot is!
I pointed out in a comment that it might actually be illegal to take and publish photos of children without parental approval. Hasn't been posted yet. Awaiting approval I guess. Ironic
