Police Arrest Ninja Team That Targeted Drug Dealers

The Associated Press reports:

CLIFTON, N.J. -- Police arrested two men dressed like ninjas and armed with Asian martial arts weapons who said they were delivering warning letters to drug dealers and users.

Calling themselves "Shinobi warriors," the men carried knives, throwing stars, swords, nunchucks and a bow and arrows.

Tadeusz Tertkiewicz, 20, and Jesse Trojaniak, 19, were each charged with weapons possession. Tertkiewicz is also charged with harassment for a letter left for an ex-girlfriend.

The letters warned drug users and drug dealers that the "Shinobi will stop your cruel and sadistic intentions with justified yet, merciful force."

In the letter, the two men accused drug dealers and users of having "committed sin of passing impurity" to others and that the "wind guides us to those of impure heart and intent."

"Their intentions may have been good, but we tell everyone that they shouldn't take the law into their own hands because it will cause more problems for everyone in the long run," Detective Capt. Robert Rowan said.

Talk about giving Ninjutsu a bad name. First of all a true ninja wouldn't be running around in a black suit like that. These are a couple of uneducated kids who watch way too much TV and play too many video games for their own good. Ninjas, pleaseeessse come to Baltimore the corner of Newington and Callow. Bring your big bag of tricks asap. It's like a McDOnald's drive thru on a Saturday night, but daily. Suburbian VA, MD and DC license tags non stop. The cops come for things like the occasional tenant dispute, but won't touch the drug dealers that have taken over one corner of a once beautiful neighborhood.

Anyone ever wonder how in these cases everyone pretty much know who the real drug dealers are, and the police seem to just go after low-hanging fruit like these guys and some guy with a few plants for his own use?? Why do they even criminalize marijuana when alcoho is related to far more deaths and crimes. I would have been like Serpico if I'd been a cop. I don't think he'd suggest it as a career for anyone honest, regardless of the location.

I saw one kid on TV hassled and threatened at the airport for an old prescription bottle that had a trace scent of marijuana in it that got the dog to hit, obviously personal use.

That same show also showed how a handler can cheat and make a drug dog hit on anything. The "war on drugs" needs to be terminated, and all those thug GOP cops fired or sent to jail. The prices would crash overnight. But, that wouldn't make all those dealers Ollie North knows about very happy.
