Texas GOP Targets Obama's Kenyan Half-Brother

ABC News:

In a web video, the Republican Party of Texas hits back Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., on the "housing" issue in a web video that attacks the Democrat because his half-brother George lives in a shack outside Nairobi, Kenya.

"Barack Obama has viciously attacked John McCain and his family for being successful and living the American dream," says the ad's narrator.

"...but ask yourself this: If Obama cares so much about your family why doesn't he doesn't take care of his own family first. Barack Obama lives in this house..." (image of Obama's house)

I have six half-brother and six half-sisters. I've never met any of them even once and would not even know how to without a herculean effort at finding them. But they don't have anything to do with me. Families can be very complicated.

I think the Texas democrats ought to put up an ad of Cindy McBushes two half sisters saying, "Why doesn't Cindy recognize that she has two half sisters?, and why did these sisters get nothing from their father in his will when Cindy got $100 million dollars?" ICindy could give her half sisters a million or so.

This isn't about housing at all. They're trying to portray Obama's brother as a savage African, using the "house" smear only as a cover to scare white to voters by making this association to Obama.

There is no contract proof that this man is Obama brother. Obama didn't commit and Obama father died in the early 1980's. If this man is 26 he had to be born after his father's dead. I remember in Dreams of my Father that Obama eldest aunt said that Obama Sr only had 4 children and she did not believe that the others were his children. The Obama name was through their village, so the man might be a cousin and not a brother. Regardless my daddy was a rolling stone so it is my fault that my half brothers and sisters are on welfare? Obama brother, hardly. As Senator Obama said his sperm donor father was a litter bug, therefore the GOP attempt to make a relationship with people who only shared bond, is a man met different women, produce and left both , is ridiculous. The only siblings that matters is the one that shared the same mother and home. If this man didn't pass through the same wound as Obama, their relationship is as important as the one paragraph in the O's book dedicated to the brother from another mother. Now the GOP are insulting women, we aren't responsible for every sperm some man produce and neither are our children. The GOP really needs to do better and give the public some dirt that has teeth because the majority of single mothers aren't encouraging their children to seek out and assist the other sperms their deadbeat dad left!

If I'm remembering correctly, when Barack mentions George in his book, his sister Alma spoke of George's lack of ambition. He said that he was very smart, but expected things to come to him instead of him making things happen. What will a $2,500 check from his half brother do if you aren't motivated to make a better life for yourself?

If YOU bother to fact check -- the media interviewed Obama's brother, George. George said he has denied being Obama's brother. Most importantly, George said he is happy with his life and never wanted any help or $$ from Obama.

Now, unfortunately, Cindy McCain sisters are mad as a hornet that she denies THEIR EXISTANCE.

That said, neither Cindy denying she has sisters or George being happy with his life has anything to do with the high price of oil, bread and milk. NOR do either have to do with John McCain wanting to bring back the DRAFT.
