Chris Matthews Battles Full-On PUMA Inanity

Because today is Catharsis Day at the convention, we figured we better do like Aristotle says in the Poetics and hit you with a double dose of pity and fear so you can purge both your raw, untamed emotion and your hope that life in America will ever get better for anybody. So, to that end, here's a video of Chris Matthews talking to a trio of PUMAs -- women who love Hillary Clinton whilst simultaneously hating the policies for which Clinton has fought. They are the total hot mess of the Democratic Convention.

Watch as they level bizarre accusations at Barack Obama (RELATED: "CNN debunks false report about Obama"), and then refuse to accurately cite the source of their claims. Maybe it was Lanny Davis or something! See, I don't know, and neither do they, but I can tell you, if I had tried to apply the same sort of "reasoning" in college, my professors would have knocked me unconscious and tossed me in a ditch, far from town.

Anyway, if possible, you should burn your computer after watching this. That is all.

Do you realize that the Muslim population in 2007 was 1.84 BILLION people? The odds are pretty good that, if one lives abroad, one will attend a school that caters to Muslims. That Barrack MAY have been registered as a Muslim at a young age is easily explained. It is traditional for children to be registered as Muslim by school administrations in some countries when the father is a registered Muslim; until the parents say otherwise, or the child is old enough to choose for himself.

It's time to get off our collective little 'Muslims are bad' bandwagon and smell the proverbial garbage we have fostered in the Middle East. That Osama Bin Laden was able to pull off what he did in NY is at least partially our doing. We (the CIA in all it's ineptitude) are probably the one's who first recruited, armed, and then abandoned the Afghan mujahedeen in another of our inane, botched attempts to end Soviet expansionism.

I think we better start thinking about lots of creative ways to mend our differences with the Muslim nations, and fast!

These "ladies" set the women's movement back 150 years. This is not the choice Eleanor Roosevelt was talking about when she talked about equality for women. We got the right to vote to make an informed decision. Not to vote for women only. What type of sense does this woman make when she supports Hillary's policies, which is not much different than Obama....then says she's going to the voting booth to elect McCain?
This woman is blirting out false information. If Obama were not "legal" to run for president, then he wouldn't be there. This woman needs to go back to junior high school civics class. Then when she is done with that, she needs to take an etiquette couse to soften her sharp tongue.

I can't imagine what motivates morons like this. If Obama received more votes during the primaries (I voted Clinton) then he's the nominee. What are these shrill harridans whining about? Do they have any idea how this administration ran things like a monarchy? Do they understand the president picks Supreme Court judges? But we did build armored Humvees, though not enough, and lots of new screening machines at airports where we make old ladies remove their shoes and children to discard their water bottles. How frickin racist is this? God I feel sorry for people that go to Muslim schools to actually hear this. It is not a crime to be Muslim, nor is it a crime to go to a Muslim school. We have millions of Muslim children in our public schools. They all should be given the choice to become president. We are a democratic republic WITHOUT religion. I think Chris Matthews should be ashamed of himself for his "he did not go to a Muslim school" epitaph.
