Steve Dahl is losing an hour of his morning radio show on 104.3, WJMK-FM, following what the Sun-Times' Robert Feder called "an alarming decline" in the ratings:
From now on, his show will start a half-hour earlier (at 5 a.m. each weekday) and end at 9 a.m. He's on vacation this week.
In the latest ratings, Dahl's show plunged to 31st place with a 0.9 percent share -- down from 16th with a 2.4 share in the last Arbitron diary report. In adults between 25 and 54, his show fell to 28th with 1.3 share -- down from seventh with a 3.2 share.
