As we noted yesterday, the biography of relatively unknown Sarah Palin was being snapped up by people eager to learn more about John McCain's choice for VP.

Today the book -- "Sarah: How a Hockey Mom Turned Alaska's Political Establishment on Its Ear," by Kaylene Johnson -- is at No. 12 in all of books on Amazon. It is the No. 1 bestseller in Biographies & Memoirs of Women and also No. 1 in Biographies & Memoirs of Leaders and Notable People -- Politicians.

Is her educational background in this book ? I have heard about Palin's executive experience,prowess with a gun in the woods and the lakeside fishing but what is her educational background???

Bush was also governor and his father was President....and look where we are as a country..............

McCain barely graduated from Annapolis and was fourth or fifth from the bottom of his class. He caroused in public.got drunk and visited all the strip joints in and around Annapolis instead of studying....They passed him through because of his father's and grandfather's legacy. He didn't earn his way.

Bush has been both a Governor and the President with a very low grade point average and you see where we are??..the lowest point in history. McCain's GPA was lower than his. Wake up America!! Yeah, they can lead but lead where. Where are we going with this kind of leadership!! We can do better.

Does Mrs. Palin have a college degree and what was her major...hopefully political science. Any advanced degree? When hiring for jobs,I evaluate both for education and experience. I would not have hired Bush or McCain for any job in my company.

Let me guess--the publisher is selling the book at 25 cents a copy to the thousands of Right-to-Lifers who want to pump her up.

Very odd, however, that I just did a search on Amazon with first the title "Sarah" and then with the full title and subtitle. I just searched the first 15 pages of results with just the title (5 minutes I will never get back, to no avail). The full title and subtitle yielded no results. I do this for a living 5 days a week, so either Amazon has shut down the record or the story is bogus to begin with.
