People magazine scored one of the first interviews with McCain and his vice president pick Sarah Palin. In the interview they discussed Palin's resume, being a mom, her child's down syndrome and her message to woman. People also asked her about her readiness to be president:

Do you feel ready to be a heartbeat away from the presidency? SARAH: Absolutely. Yup, yup. Especially with a good team around us.

Excellent post. I have no ill feelings for Ms. Palin. I think that the choice was unfortunate. If they were serious about the VP pic, there were any number of qualified women who could fill the spot. This had nothing to do with John McCain. He woke up and found out who his VP choice was when we the people did. This is BiG OIL at work again.

Ugh, did you read the full interview? McCain, when asked about her lack of experience, says he doesn't think she has a short resume because "she first ran for office in 1992." He goes on to say that he doesn't know what Obama was doing in 1992. Let me give you a hint, sir: he was working as a professor of constitutional law.
Now that we've cleared up 1992, let's ask what Obama and Palin were doing in 1991. Palin=driving her kids to hockey games, maybe? Obama=graduating from Harvard Law School, where he was president of the Harvard Law Review.

Hello everybody, I am kind of curious! I have seen the family picture (Mc Cain and Palin) included in this article. It seem as if somebody is missing on that picture. The adopted girl of the Mc Cain family!
I am just suprised!!!

She rarely travels with the family for campaigning. She attends a pvt school in Phx and doesn't like to miss time. She also plays three sports.
