Palin Goes After Obama

After days of mounting questions about her qualifications, Gov. Sarah Palin rallied the Republican National Convention tonight by touting her small-town government experience and ridiculing concerns about whether she is up to the job of vice president.

"Before I became governor of the great state of Alaska, I was mayor of my hometown," Ms. Palin said. "And since our opponents in this presidential election seem to look down on that experience, let me explain to them what the job involves. I guess a small-town mayor is sort of like a community organizer, except that you have actual responsibilities."

What the Republican Party revealed to the world last night, is what real ELITISM looks like. McCain unleached his PIT BULL in lipstick,(her definition of herself, not mine) to do the dirty work for him. When she attacked Obama for the clinging comment, she proved the point that the Republicans do target people of faith, and gun owners. They tell them that voting for a Democrat will cause them to loose their guns and that their faith will be in danger. She and Rudy Guiliani out right insulted many good Americans all across this country who work as community organizers and they insulted the people who benefit from community organizing. Ordinary Americans on this site and around the world who have been supporting the Republican Party need to know once and for all, THEY ARE USING YOU AND THEY ARE LAUGHING AT YOU. Your struggles and trials are a joke to them. The entire convention erupted in laughter about you and people like Sen. Obama, who have stood by you and worked to help you get through hard times.The GOP showed the country last night that they are truly going to nurture the divide in this country and in fact make it grow. Obama has said time and again that we must come together as One Nation. Of course we can and will have differences but we need to have a leader who respects those differences and does not use them to score political points.
