Jon Stewart Hits Karl Rove, Bill O'Reilly, Dick Morris On Sarah Palin Hypocrisy

Wednesday night on "The Daily Show," Jon Stewart hit Karl Rove and Bill O'Reilly with damning evidence of their hypocrisy regarding Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin.

While Rove recently praised Palin's experience as the mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, Stewart showed video of Rove trashing Virginia Governor — and former Richmond Mayor — Tim Kaine's executive experience, listing all the cities that are bigger than Richmond and calling such a pick "political."

Then, after recent video of O'Reilly describing Bristol Palin's pregnancy as a family issue, Stewart showed a clip of the Fox News host blaming Jamie Lynn Spears' parents for her teenage pregnancy.

Finally, after showing video of Dick Morris complaining about the rampant sexism in the media coverage of Sarah Palin, Stewart unveiled a clip of Morris saying that Hillary hides behind the sexism defense, and that anytime "the big boys" pick on Hillary, "she retreats behind the apron strings."

"In Dick Morris' defense," Stewart said, "he is a lying sack of sh*t."

uh, KNOW not popular, but frankly think Palin exercised poor judgement on many levels for ACCEPTING the offer and at her family's expense to boot !!! Sorry, as a mother, can NOT fanthom such a selfish decision that she made , perhaps was workable in her state , but not nationally and feel tremendously sorry and figure tht family is likely far more dysfunctional than acknowledged but the real travesty is she threw her own daughter under the bus on the national stage !!! Have a problem with her birth of her special needs infant as well..wrec­less behavior in the immeadiacy of his birth and question the 3daybonding before heading back to the office a well and how much quality time DEVOTED BY THE MOTHER to the critical mothering issues that every child deserves and NEEDS but most especially a "special needs" infant/child. NO closer relationship than mother and child and just the campaign sked alone will cause more separation at critical times no matter WHO is babysitting. Same goes for the issues of the expectant teen daughter going thru a stressful situation which ever way it is ...NOT A GOOD PARENTING DECISION for supposed FAMILY VALUE ORIENTED folks and SORRY , given the variances in the WHOLE of her beingness, truth be told, you would find few IF ANY that could actually juggle it all and do any of it any too well IF TRUTH BE TOLD FLAT OUT !!!

jon stewart is fantastic. he has made me feel better throughout the last 8 "miserably" managed years. however, this stuff really is NOT funny. the republicans are hypocritical on so many fronts and yet they keep filling people's brains with deceit. it is time we took back our country!
