A video that was supposed to air at the convention last night was just made available to Fox news. It's a short biography of Sarah Palin prepared by the RNC and it describes the two-year Alaska governor as "a self-made giant."

Notice how it emphasises her David and Goliath like battles with the old boy network and the big oil companies. This is that old GOP trick, used most effectively during the Bush years, of giving industry insiders positions on supervisory boards as watchdogs and regulators. They then pretend they are impartial and are acting in the interests of consumers for the good of the community, while implementing policies to benefit their own companies and shield them from regulation and litigation.
If a school wants to teach creationism its OK, are you kidding? Schools get public tax dollars and as such have standards; those standards do not include magic as science. Keep YOUR superstitions to your self and let schools teach our children science, you know (or maybe you don’t) things that can be proven!

What's the big deal about being a moose hunter? Where's the sport in that? It doesn't take much talent to shoot one. They are huge, slow, and often show up in the back yards of Alaskans. It's even easier to shoot them from an airplane, which apparently Palin thinks is a sporting way to kill animals.

RNC gives Fox taking points - not news. McCullen disclosed this a long time ago. I'm sure that Fox will rebroadcast it for free over and over and over claiming it to be some sort of news piece, not the revisionist propaganda that it is.
