Palin Accuses 'Obama/Biden Democrats' Of Attacking Her Family, But Campaign Can't Name One

ABC News:

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin sent out a fundraising solicitation today that charged that "the Obama/Biden Democrats have been vicious in their attacks directed toward me, my family and John McCain."

I asked spokespeople of the McCain campaign and the Republican National Committee just which "Obama/Biden Democrats" they're referring to.

Ok, here's an attack - I'm not cool with the whole idea of the 17yr old knocked-up teen and boyfriend on stage while the mother accepts her VP nomination­ation. What type of message is this sending?? She believes this because it's a well known fact among conservati­ves that all journalist­s (except Fox News ofcourse) are liberals and are ergo supporting Obama, even though John McCain used to refer to the media en masse as "his base". How strange that "his base" has turned on him and his candidacy so completely to destroy Sarah Palin by daring to ask questions about her ability to be President. It is S.O.P. for the Republican Party of the 21st century to create a straw man and then attack him vehemently­. Meanwhile they insist that the straw man is in fact their political opponent of the day, whether McCain in South Carolina, or Dems and the MSM in St. Paul.

For the past week I have been watching the GOP pundits recite the RNC talking points about how the MSM are attacking Palin unfairly, and I have been scratching my head all week. Where's the beef?

I am not voting for Repubes, no way, no how. But to be fair current Dem nominee M.O. is to use surrogates ( like this website) to attack the opponents. It's called swift- boating in common parlance. Same technique was applied to Hil-lary campaign.

It's also called "don't dish it out if you can't take it", and like most bullys, the republican­s never can. Notice how Sarah Palin is whining like Lucy over something that she knows has never happened, but before the convention she called Hillary a whiner for the same reason.

BTW, Hillary is the one who circulated the Obama in tribal dress photo, spread the bogus story that he had met with the Canadians, etc. Name one thing Barack Obama did to Hillary besides win the nomination­.

re. Hillary. Obviously you never read this website and many like it. Obviously you haven't read any articles, posts, comments about Bill Clinton as a way to attack Hillary: everything from Lewinsky to Travelgate was trudged out and regurgitat­ed by O.B. surrogates­. Every possible variation of unflatteri­ng photos of Bill, Hillary, her children and associates was posted and sneered at. I don't mind having an honest discussion­, do have decency to respond in kind.
