But must her hair suffer? With her long, straight, often pinned-up locks, Palin looks one humid day away from fronting a Kiss cover band.

"It's about 20 years out of date," said Boston stylist Mario Russo of the Alaska governor's 'do. "Which goes to show how off she might be on current events."

How sad that when all else fails people stoop so low to make fun of her hair! How scared these mentally substandard people must be. She is intelligent, beautiful and all class and will be the next Vice President of these GREAT United States! Her hair is gorgeous! Get a freaking life!!!

One word for her hairdo - messy!! If that's any reflection on her politics and lifestye then so be it.

I'm gonna vote for Obama. And the little I know about Palin's politics-antiabortion, progun-I strongly disagree with. But, as a man, I think she's absolutely beautiful. Stunning. I can't stop looking at her. Personally, I happen to like her hair up. There is something so fetching about pretty women with their hair up. I think it increases their femininity quotient. Who cares what stylists think, anyway? I'd bet most stylists, if they think about politics at all-have very rudimentary ideas. And probably a larger percentage than one would guess have similarly abhorrent politics as Palin...C'mon, she looks like Tina Fey but a lot prettier.

Sorry no-it-all stylists...just because I am heading for 40, doesn't mean I am chopping all my locks off for the typical mid-life matronly styles of today (that simply replaced the Golden Girl Styles of yesterday)...I look horrible in short hair...Next time I hear someone who says that no one over 30 should have long hair, I'll take a pair of clippers to them.

I really don't mind Gov. Palin's hair styles, I frequently pull mine up with hair sticks. Of all the things to find fault with this woman, the hair is the VERY least of them...These judgments are probably coming from one of the millions who HAD to have "Rachel hair" in the 90s. Do their lives really evolve around hairstyles and Cindy McCain's 6 digit wardrobe?

No mention of the spit she uses to slick down the sides? Piper didnt get that from just anywhere. Spit is beauty staple in Alaska.

Her hair and glasses are a perfect costume for the Naughty Librarian, infamous porn star.

And Obama's hair? And Biden's hair? This is so sick.

Obama's, Biden's, and McCain's hair are also mentioned in the article. Sick? That's a stretch, in my opinion. Silly? Yes.

Since you can hear it, do tell: does it speak in tongues, too?

That was some intimidation message from the "Alien" head bulge she sported last night.

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

The shape of the Alien's head crossed my mind, too, when I saw her profile.

"Be afraid. Be very afraid."

You should be, but not because of Palin's hair.
