Obama To Dispatch Female Surrogates To Undercut Palin

Senator Barack Obama will increasingly lean on prominent Democratic women to undercut Gov. Sarah Palin and Senator John McCain, dispatching Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton to Florida on Monday and bolstering his plan to deploy female surrogates to battleground states, Obama advisers said Thursday.

Mrs. Clinton's campaign event in Florida, her first for Mr. Obama since the Democratic convention, will serve as a counterpoint to the searing attacks and fresh burst of energy that Ms. Palin injected into the race with her convention speech on Wednesday, Obama aides said.

Aside from hillary, I hope to see Sebelius more often. Hillary is so busy campaigning for the rest of the DNC senators. So I hope Sebelius will fill in her shoes.

Sebelius will make a great impact. If looks will be the gauge, her beauty is far more superior than palin. She has a classic beauty unlike palin's who looks like a prom queen.

Very smart strategy Senator Obama.

Tell these women to hammer home how Palin opposes an abortion exception in cses of rape and incest; how she heartlessly cut funding for teen mothers; how she opposes EQUAL PAAY FOR EQUAL WORK; how she line item vetoed funding for seniors, funding for women, and funding for kids.

This woman wants to have the image of standing up for working class familes, rather than be an actual champion of issues important to working families. she cut funding for special education by 62%. that really bothered me along with all of her other extremist ideas. as women, we need to focus on all the issues-the reasons that palin is so far to the right of center. i think the majority of American women (and men) besides the evangelicals would not agree with her positions if they knew about them-right now they are hearing about her lipstick and pregnant daughter-we have to take the focus OFF those things.
