Nearly 600,000 Subject To Possible Voter Caging In Ohio

How many voter-registration mass mailers are "returned to sender" in the run-up to Election Day may determine how many Ohio residents are eligible to vote.

Ohio election officials are sending out a mass mailer stamped "do not forward" to all registered voters today (Sept. 5) with an absentee ballot application and other important notices for Nov. 4.

What's important here is not so much what's going out as what's being returned to sender.

The Dems need to file an immediate lawsuit claiming voter intimidation and asking for millions in damages from the COUNTY AND THE OFFICIALS INVOVLED, PERSONALLY. They are responsible for their own actions in this under federal and state law, and attacking them where they could loose their own money will stop this type of thing. Not to mention that a Dem in the Governor's Office could see that they are criminally charged as well.

This is the type of thing that the Dems need to ADDRESS AND STOP NOW.

Pima County (Tucson), Arizona's Election Integrity advocate and expert, John Brakey was arrested last night while performing his job as an election supervisor, on behalf of both the Democratic and Libertarian parties, during a post-election hand-count audit of ballots.

The problem erupted after Brakey had noticed a number of ballot bags being counted in the post-election audit were missing their proper security seals. He began to ask questions about those bags, which eventually led to his arrest at the demand of Pima County's Brad "Election Director Gone Wild" Nelson, a man with whom Brakey has had a number of unfortunate (for Nelson) run-ins over the years.

We all need to be vigilent in our respective areas and be on the look out for voting machine irregularities, voter caging, voter scare tactics designed to keep people away from the polls and all of the other LOW DOWN Republican tricks we have seen in elections since 2000, whiche were used against Gore and Kerry.

Cheating got Bush into the White House twice, and we know that McCain is DESPERATE and has nothing left in his arsenal other than CHEATING.

I hope this gets posted on all the college campuses in Ohio. When I was a student I was registered at my parents' home address - and my legal address - and voted absentee. Sometimes students do register at their school addresses though and move around. Yeah, if we lose the youth vote we'll have 4 more years.
