Bryan Adams On "Summer Of '69": It's About Sex (VIDEO)

Morning shows provide many an awkward moment, but Bryan Adams raised the bar this morning by revealing to CBS host Maggie Rodriguez that his 1984 hit "Summer of '69" is about sex, not nostalgia. Watch:

Why does one preclude the other?

The song is about that "special time" when we're young and (disease) free (to have great sex) , when we have all the time in the world (because the folk are out or the kids are asleep) There's nothing else (or no one else you'd rather do) to do but spend time with your friend(s) and "love" someone (while they "love" you back...)
