N.B. Here is the lede of the un-bylined article: "Keith Olbermann may be the "voice" of MSNBC, but network executives have decided to yank the talkmeister off its politican anchor desk after the cable channel finishing dead last in the Nielsen rankings of all news coverage during the two weeks of political conventions." Ouch.

to those of us that feel as if keith gives an honest analysis of the BS the GOP has shoved down the public's throat for years....I can't believe that MSNBC is capitulating....he and Rachel are the reasons I watch MSNBC...the rest are boring tapioca pudding...and Gregory makes me nauseous, no instincts at all. We want the truth! If Olbermann and Mathews are kept from the next big events, I will drop MSNBC and NBC from my lineup. Show some cojones guys...STAND UP to those that are pressuring you to do this, if you weren't being effective you wouldn't have heard a thing from Rove, the White House or Fox noise.
