I Like ItI Don’t Like It
Wolves Omg

I have been looking forward to this latest McCain ad, "Fact Check," ever since word of its imminent arrival crossed my desk. All I can say is, IT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. It is uniquely, blissfully, breathtakingly stupid and it pretty much gave me seizures of laughter. This is the video that gave Kim Jong Il his stroke. The ad makes a feint at providing some sort of substantive comment, but it doesn't matter, because all anyone will be saying after they see this ad is, "OMG OMG TEH WOLVEZ ARE COMING BY SEAPLANE! CALL UP THE AERIAL HUNTERS!"

[WATCH. THIS IS NUTLOG.]

Speaking of wolves, while nodding in and out of the tv pundits today going on and on about pigs, it is rather nice to see the beginnings of a realization ... that perhaps the conservo-cons have cried "Wolf!" one too many times. Perhaps the time is coming when people will no longer listen to this filthy bunch of ... well, swine.

So, did they compensate those poor wolves for their participation in this insane ad before they shot them from helicopters and planes?

These people are lunatics!

Can anyone crank out the 'Aerial Sarah Palin Hunt 'game or video say in Macromedia Flash?

Yeah the image of running wolves in the video, they probably muted the sound of the airplane chasing them that caused them to run!

Where is PETA at Palin's stump speeches?? Are they there and I am not seeing them on the media??

Lets face it, PETA would just invigorate the conservatives by showing up. More than half the people in this country think that wolves should be gunned down using any means available. More than half the people in this country don't understand the word ecosystem and think that the climate debate is all about polar bears.

Didn't Dick Cheney also threaten us with wolves in 2004? Terrorist Wolves? Why does the GOP hate wolves so much?

ElitestWhitePerson - The GOP hates wolves because their parenting skills surpass the average Republican.

Is there any message McCain won't approve.

I'm sure most of those wolfs have since been gunned down from a helicopter and had a leg chopped off.

There have been many accusations about Sara Palin. Everything form saying no to the 'Bridge to Nowhere' to being a member of the Alaska Independent Party.

Only listing items that are false, implies that ALL accusations are false. Which is just not true.

Whether it is deliberate or accidental what factcheck.org did misleads the voter and gives the McCain camp some serious ammunition that in the end has enormous repercussions.

Picking and choosing the items reported on undermines the integrity of the information and misleads the voters.

If you read the original Factcheck.org post 'Sliming Palin' in it's entirety you will see that there is a lot more to the story. Many items are not cut and dry. Some items have relevant information left out as well. While one can argue the Factcheck.org bullet points are true it can also be argued that factcheck.org misleads the reader as well.

Factcheck.org began today to repair the damage done. http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/mccain-palin_distorts_our_finding.html
I am waiting for more silver linings.

In this time of what I call 'the fleecing of America' I don't believe we need any false hoods to muddy the waters. Educate yourself as much as you can and make an informed choice.

Just imagine how our great nation can become even greater and then chose who would most likely help us to get there.

Let's find our common ground.

McCain’s impaired judgment offers us:
Palin/Bush as our potential President.
More Bush smoke and mirrors.
Higher deficits for US; more debt to China; Lower minimum wage; Less safety for workers, greater wealth for the top 2 percent wealthy
No incentives for US jobs; Social Security privatization?
More illegal incarcerations/ kidnapping/ torture, loss of personal privacy, and Constitution raping.
No equal pay for equal work, no Roe vs. Wade, no legal contraceptives, no child care outside the home.
Crime will increase as the economy continues tanking.
School vouchers equal Republican’s siphoning tax dollars to evangelical schools and starving public education: our children will learn only right wing world visions. And who deserves to live in that world.
McCain’s ignorance about the Internet will create laws limiting its use.
McCain will reinstate the draft and a foreign policy in line with his warrior fantasies. His inability to think clearly endangers our nation.

Another choice: Check out Sen. Obama’s complete background in biographer David Mendell’s book, “Obama, from Promise to Power.”

If you truly support our military, please see this video and listen to our military heroes, including a Medal of Honor recipient. Thank you. JMB, former US Navy Medic.

Perhaps Ms Palin fishes out of well-stocked barrels too. I thought the entire point of hunting was using your wits against a wild animal. Your tracking and intelligence was put to the test and it was a matter of survival to kill and have sustinance(sp?) off the meat. I honestly dont see what "sport" aerial hunting is, other than a fun way to burn up gasoline, spoil the pristine wilerness and take pot shots at an exhausted helpless animal. If they were flying over some animal grazing lands, because the wolves were attacking their livestock, I might feel it was justified. But waiting until winter snows reveal your prey - from an airplane? Is that really honorable?

Tears came to my eyes when I saw this ad. Those poor wolves. Imagine their embarrassment being forced to shill for John McCain. Did he leave all of his honor in Hanoi?
