Planned Parenthood Defends Obama, Attacks McCain On Sex Ed (VIDEO)

Planned Parenthood defends Barack Obama's record on sex education after a nasty John McCain ad suggesting the Democrat supports teaching kindergartners about sex. In an ad, they say that Obama was helping children protect themselves from sex offenders, while McCain seemingly doesn't care.

"Every eight minutes a child is sexually abused," the narrator says. "That's why Barack Obama supported legislation to teach children how to protect themselves. Now John McCain is twisting the facts and attacking Senator Obama. Doesn't McCain want our children to protect ourselves from sex offenders? Or after 26 years in Washington, is he just another politician who will say anything to get elected?"

I have to agree with you except that I think this way is more effective. You see, I have noticed something with Obama and that is he wants at all cost to retain his brand of "not politics as usual"

If he had let the 527's out earlier they would probably start spreading some untruths and u know McCain would blame Obama directly. With this approach of getting attacked and not responding for awhile everyone and their mama can see that McCain is being unfair.

So? when Obama starts attacking and releases the hounds it becomes righteous...GENIUS!

If the way McCain is running his campaign is indicative of the way he would run the country (the likes of which have already been seen from the Bush administration and previous campaigns), we are in for even worse secrecy, lying, double talk, spin, and under-the-table dealing than we currently have.
The logical conclusion is that the McCain administration would mirror the McCain campaign.
We are no longer safe thinking that it can't possibly be worse than Bush. The McCain campaign says, "Yes it can!"

This is the key paragraph from SB99 from the 95th General Assembly of the Illinois State legislature. That is the Sex Education bill that Senator McCain Slammed. "All course material and instruction in classes that teach sex education and discuss sexual activity or behavior shall be age and developmentally appropriate." It also makes provisions for parents and/or guardians to opt out of the program.

I have been waiting for that type of ad. Very good job. Now run it everywhere in every state. Using teaching about "good" and "bad" touches to protect little kids and making it an evil, nefarious thing is the lowest thing I have ever seen McCain or any other pol. do in modern times. The guy is a truly evil man.

Now it is clear that John McCain has answered a resounding "YES YES YES" to the question of will he say and do anything to be elected. This more than angers me, it rips apart my heart, because I truly thought that honorable was a word we could associate with Mccain. It isn't .

does anyone know where the ad will be running? I can't imagine NARAL has enough money to really blanket the airwaves. It's a great ad and should get lots of airtime! I think Obama really needs to do an ad on this -- McCain essentially called him a pedophile. He should be outraged.
