McCain Camp Throws Fiorina Under The Bus: "Carly Will Now Disappear"

"Top McCain-Palin official Carly Fiorina is facing criticism from some within the campaign for a day of what they call 'very Biden-like' comments," CNN reports, "after the former Hewlett-Packard CEO told two separate interviewers that neither member of the Republican ticket would be capable of running a company."

Indeed, the daggers seemed out for Fiorina among the McCain aides that spoke to CNN.

A top McCain official contacted by CNN said, on condition on anonymity, "No big deal, but not how you get on the surrogate all-star team. Very Biden-like."

"This campaign source said Fiorina would be discouraged from additional media interviews.

Another top campaign adviser was far less diplomatic.

"Carly will now disappear," this source said. "Senator McCain was furious." Asked to define "disappear," this source said, adding that she would be off TV for a while - but remain at the Republican National Committee and keep her role as head of the party's joint fundraising committee with the McCain campaign.

Fiorina was booked for several TV interviews over the next few days, including one on CNN. Those interviews have been canceled.

Carly is showing the way for McSame and the rest of the Repug losers. The truth is catching up on him since he can't even remember what he said yesterday.

He started becoming forgetful after being reprimanded by the Ethics Committee for the $110K donation Charles Keating gave him to cover his butt when Lincoln S&L ripped off millions of investors. As one of the Keating Five, his high priced Washington lawyer became the best investment of his political life by limiting his punishment for that criminal activity.

But it didn't stop him from backing fellow Repug Sen. Phil Gramm, when they gutted the existing banking regulations in the early 90's. He still refers to himself as a "deregulator" to satisfy his old boy gang of Repug backers in recent weeks. His cavalier reaction to the Dow dropping 500 points Monday, was priceless (for Obama). To state that the economy was still fundamentally strong not only shows how out of touch he is but also shows that he's the elitist and unqualified to run our nation, a company or a lawn mower.

It is fitting and proper that the evil empire of neocon thieves are being skewered by their own greed. I hope that Christian Right voters recall those Ten Commandments that everybody must follow as they vote in November and they haven't lost their hard earned investments because of the predatory banking practices that McSame and Gramm, his financial advisor, have caused.
