McCain Campaign "Packs The House" At Palin Town Hall

Fox News:

McCain town hall style meetings are generally open to the public where anyone may wait in line on the day of the event and come in without an advanced invitation.

However, at tonight's 3,500 person townhall in Grand Rapids, Michigan-the first time Palin is taking questions from the public- only ticketholders are allowed in.

I saw a few minutes of the Hanity "interview". It was rehearsed as expected, but I have to say they are getting her up to speed quickly.

I wouldn't be surprised if the "questions" were ALL given to Hannity in advance.

I didn't see it, but I wouldn't even be surprised if they let her use a teleprompter.

Palin lies needing a pointed look:

Charlie Gibson/ABC interview with Sarah Palin:
When asked about being approached for the VP slot, Palin stated
"I said yes right away Charle!. I didn't blink once, I said, well Senator, if you think I can help well..... yes!"

Tonight's interview with Sean Hannity:
Palin stated
"Well Sean, I didn't say 'Yes' right away. I had to think about it. I went to my family and put it to a family vote. My son didn't vote because he's going of to do his own thing but the girls said, "Yes Mom that's cool"

So which is it? She lied - whether it was to Gibson or Hannity is immaterial. Follow-up on this and bring it up front loudly...

To add to that:

Right after she was introduced as McSame's running mate, a few weeks back in Ohio, I read somewhere that she nor her husband had told the children the real reason why they were going to Ohio. According to Palin, they told the kids that they would be going to Ohio to celebrate (Sarah and Todd) 20th wedding anniversary.

So either way you slice this story, this woman is a lying sack of s***

I saw an interview with Todd where he said the same thing...even went into detail about taking the cell phones from the kids so they couldn't find out before they got there
