New Blackberry Commercial Stars John McCain (VIDEO)

As the markets crash and the bail-outs pile up, John McCain's BlackBerry gaffe continues to pick up steam. News stories mentioning "McCain and BlackBerry" topped 2,300 in a 24-hour stretch ending Wednesday -- that's almost half the number of stories mentioning "McCain and A.I.G." in the same period.

It's hard to quantify the news value of the McCain campaign's odd claim that he invented the Canadian technology, of course, but it definitely ain't half as important as A.I.G. The BlackBerry claim is perfectly symbolic, however, of a campaign that has spun, prevaricated and lied through the summer -- drawing protest from opponents and neutral observers alike -- led by a candidate who is often out of touch from the economic and technological changes rocking the country. Now, fresh from the Internet, (which McCain did not invent, either), here's a new homemade ad mocking McCain's claim to techie fame:

Apparently the telecommunications law that passed that guy was talking about passed before McCain was on the committee. Oh oh, dementia seems to be in the whole McCain campaign, better check their water fountain!

"Cindy McCain's Fallacious Rebuttal"

That sounds, somehow, vaguely obscene.

J Boosh McCain, a man who cannot use a computer, wants us to know that he helped invent the Crackberry.

I haven't heard anything that patently absurd since the republickers tried to pin Al Gore with inventing the internets.

Dear Friend:

Are you ready yet for the November 4th Elections? How about your friends, family, and neighbors?
More Americans are expected to vote this year than ever before in history, so don"t be left out! Be sure to ask everyone you know the following questions:
¢ Are you registered to vote? If you moved recently, have you updated your voter registration?
¢ Did you apply for an Absentee Ballot? Do you know your state may not require any reason?
¢ Can you find your local Polling Place? Do you know it may have changed from last time?
The answers to these questions -- and all your voting needs -- can be found at www.StateDemocracy.org

You really gotta check out www.Oballin.com

If you're a Dem, a wonk or just a fan of Obama, you have to check out the hilarious campaign t-shirts on Oballin.com. This election has provided so much material for jokes and skits, yet until seeing this site I have been so disappointed by the lack of creative t-shirts.

Oh fer cryin out loud, they forgot to add one thing:
McCain's actions here in the US made it possible for the
CANADIANS to invent the Blackberry!

Obama 291, McCain 247

About as likely as hell freezing over...
Complete fantasy...
I expect it to be THISCLOSE, even in the electoral totals...

Florida has tipped permanently Mack's way.
Ohio is gone.
Michigan, history..
Even NY, solidly blue, is now within the margin of error...and New Jersey, once considered safe, has also become a toss up state...
NOT good news.

Obama is ahead in Ohio by 2, tied in Florida. You are full of it.

Apparantly voting for a VP who would likely become President , who believes in witchcraft is just a bit too weird.

Regards

You ought to check the current polls......your math is off.

So when the polls are more to your favor you quote them...

And by what measure have you determined that Obama has won the presidency? Is this the result of too many pharmaceutical products that you make this preposterous proclamation? The ELECTORAL COLLEGE totals are as close as the poll percentiles...Obama has been losing toss up states while states like Missouri and Wisconsin turn red rather than blue...all of this since the Repub primary...Obama, though winning now out west with states like Nevada and New Mexico, may still lose the election because of his softness in the Industrial states...any gains he may have made out West would be canceled out by...what a surprise! The very states Hillary said would decide the election...Ohio and Michigan, two more Obama weakspots. Florida has turned red also, in part due to continued anger at how the Dems treated the state during the primaries and in part due to key areas of the state not sold on Obama. So I don't want to hear any more of this absurd overconfident BS...save it for when preaching to the choir...the rest of the country is not impressed.

Where were the complaints for the last week when this poster and the polls were showing McCain winning for the past week. The momentum is changing. Whether you think it is good or bad is your choice, but the data is supported by other polls.
