McCain Lawyer Sues Ohio Secretary Of State

An adviser to John McCain's presidential bid is suing Ohio's elections chief, saying requests to vote by mail are not being honored.

William Todd, a lawyer helping the Republican campaign on ballot issues, filed suit in Columbus today. He argues that Democratic Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner has been unfairly rejecting voters' applications for absentee ballots.

You "the have the right to effing vote" provided you can identify yourself and that it can be assured that you vote only ONCE. Were it not for a lack of money, all the polling places could be linked by computer. Then when J.Q.Public attempts to cast his second ballot of the day, the lights flash and the alarm goes off. And off to jail he goes. Regarding who is settingthe stage, as usual, the Dems are already howling about fraud. Just because someone may not be able to read doesn't mean they should not be allowed to vote. In most state one have until Oct 6th to register...why can't they register at their new address?

OK...this is logical. The Republicans/McCain Campaign screw up and misprint a form that any Ohio resident can get for free from the state. Now, when the state refuses to accept the forms that don't appear to meet state law, they threaten to sue. Yup...that's a firm demonstration on McCain's level of accountability. Don't acknowledge the mistake...blame someone else and threaten to sue.

The state gave them replacement forms! The woman states that she's aware of this but just wants to see what the results of the lawsuit are.

It appears to be a vandetta by the Republican who lost the election to be OH Secretary of State.

And, according to the article, the Republicans wrote the law!

The Republicans are obviously trying to stir up trouble while letting those who decide not to check the "qualified" voter box (and therefore might not be qualified to vote) to vote.
