Is John McCain losing some of his friends at FOX?

FOX News Producer Shushannah Walshe just lashed out at the McCain campaign for denying access to reporters who wanted to witness Sarah Palin's U.N. photo ops earlier today. Walshe said the McCain campaign's restrictions on press coverage were "just unprecedented."

"There's not once chance that Governor Palin would have to answer a question. ... They're eliminating even the chance of any kind of interaction with the candidate -- it's just unprecedented."

Walshe noted that the McCain campaign eventually did relent and allow a reporter in the same room as Palin -- but only for just 29 seconds.

Palin met Karzai for about a half a minute. Don't blink or you might miss it, sandwiched between stories about how good the economy is. And whoever produced the segment mis-identifies Hamid Karzai as Henry Kissinger You would think that Mc Same's phalanx of staff would want Senior McSame's HRC wannabe seen with Kissinger rather than Karzai. The woman has an unwed pregnant teen daughter. The woman's husband was once a card-carrying member of a secessionist group, who's leader is on record hating the US.

And you have decided that your VP pick will NOT be asked any questions by any reporters. Ever.
