If He Can Attack Obama, Why Can't He Debate Obama?

Apparently, even though John McCain doesn't want to debate Barack Obama, he doesn't have any problem attacking him -- even after suspending his presidential campaign.

Here's video from McCain's CBS News interview yesterday. He starts out by earnestly professing his desire suspend his campaign and skip the debates to do the country's business. But he just can't help himself. Within seconds, he's on the warpath, attacking everything in sight, including Barack Obama.

That weasel knows his town hall meetings are all rigged with repugs and that's why he's scared to death to meet Obama on neutral grounds. He won't have his usa cheering crowd behind him.

Not to mention that kind of schedule would have prohibitted Obama from campaining in the placed he needed to and in traditional red states he could possibly win. When is someone from the Obama camp going to point out how absurd it would be for any candidate to except the oppositions plans for their cam pain.

McCain can't drum up his own crowds and energy, but he'd love to steal Obama's. Obama did a massive amount of smart work to build a tremendously well-organized campaign. McCain did not. Sorry, McCain, but you need to continue to speak to your dwindling base while Obama speaks to the heart of America.
