I Like ItI Don’t Like It

When John McCain came to the rescue...he just made things worse.

Here's a video I put together looking back at McCain's disaster of a day on Thursday.

The incredible thing is that when it was all said and done...he actually claimed that "we've made progress" on negotiations towards getting a deal done.

On what planet does this confused man live?

We who post here, and those in the Media, might as well admit that at this point there is simply nothing John and Sarah could do that would cause them to NOT VOTE FOR THEM!

McCain could drop his drawers on national T.V. and shout "Hey America, kiss my A $$!", and these folks would pull the lever for him on November 4th.

The only thing for the media to do at this point is to continuously hold the POLLS accountable for reporting factual results and to verify that the polls are being conducted fairly. Anything else makes them complicit with what would be the biggest theft in the history of our (floundering) democracy. For McCain to WIN at this point, would require a conspiracy of IMMENSE proportion. It would have to begin with the News Media still calling this a "horse race to the finish", and end with Diebold et.all.) and the Republican Party disenfranchising MILLIONS of voters!

The only other thing that the Republicans could do to keep the White House would be if we had a HUGE CRISIS, like the ECONOMY completely collapsing, to provide the cover that BUSH would need to say "I can not, in good conscience, step down at this critical time in our history"! (Along with say a Brigade of Combat Troops recently returned from Iraq, and a few thousand Blackwater security contractors, to quell any disturbances).

But THAT would never happen!

DOH!

My god, he is trying to take credit for a deal that fell apart? Country first? He has done nothing but make this situation worse, he has stopped any progress, and worse, he looks lost on the details.

Save us from this man, please.

John McCain is like Mighty Mouse (remember him?) with one difference. Mighty Mouse ACTUALLY saved the day. McCain is just comical. His followers seem so mesmerized by his cape as he flies here...flies there...that they don't see the cartoon character he is becoming.

John McCain is demonstrating he is a drama queen! I prefer a leader with a steady resolve rather than a guy who flits hither and yon. $5 Million spent on debate prep at ole Miss, should McCain not show, exemplifies one more time his poor fiscal responsibility.

Is it me or does it just seem like McCain hasn't done his homework (prepared for the debate) and is going through all of this just to avoid the embarrassment of showing up unprepared?

He is doing this for so MANY reasons we probably couldn't even guess them all. In the end, it was his move to suspend his campaign and 'get involved' that sunk this ship. Finger pointing and posturing is what this man wants. He wants to be president and he will take any action that might result in that. He has given the finger to this country in the last few days and history will NOT be kind to this old man.
