As much as I detest Bush, Cheney, McCain & all the rest, it's really their detestable Republican Voting Base that I despise with all of my being. I hold them all responsible for the mess we're in now & for the continued devastation of this country should these half wits win again in November. The founding fathers must be rolling over in their graves from farce this once great nation has turned into. Thanks Republicans. I am not only writing my own Senators and Congressman to stop this horrendous bailout - I am writing everybody else''s also.
Google any lawmakers name you ever heard of and email them all.
There has to be a better way to deal with this than throwing all this money at the guys who
wrecked the train in the first place.
If there is ever going to be a revolt - it ain't gonna come from Washington D.C.
It has to come from us.
And of course, Jon Stewart will do a fine, fine job of covering it.

From memory Nixon (as the best comparison in terms of popularity and, no doubt, criminality to the Bush administration) granted 860 petitions give or take. I watched it last night and I thought it was great. It is amazing how he sounds just the same, trying to scare us yet once again. If we don't give the GOP what they want then they predict disaster. The time is over for feat tactics Republican/GOP.

Their party is so bad there is a Senator or a Gov that is running for relection and he doesn't want to put Republican next to his name he wants to use GOP because it doesn't instantly (in some minds) relate to Republican. Something about that name that makes them not want to be associated with it anymore, hmmmm wonder why?
