Malcolm X College Evacuated After Bomb Threat

All students have been evacuated from the Near West Side's Malcolm X College campus Friday morning after a bomb threat was discovered in a bathroom.
The threat was reported about 10:30 a.m. at 1900 W. Van Buren Street, according to a police Bomb & Arson Section sergeant.

The school was evacuated about 11:30 a.m. as officers and a canine unit investigate the threat, police News Affairs Officer Daniel O'Brien said.
