Barack Obama is out with a new ad Monday, criticizing the golden parachutes corporate CEOs have received while their companies stumble, and highlighting the payment received by McCain aide, Carly Fiorina. Watch:

"Last week, another bank went under. But its CEO could walk away with $19 million. John McCain's adviser, Carly Fiorina ... The fired CEO who left with $42 million. Barack Obama says it's got to change ... demanded any Wall St. bailout restrict CEO pay."

Titled, "Parachute," the spot is an attempt by Obama to position himself as the populist critic of the current economic crisis. Both he and McCain have called for limits of CEO compensation to be included in any bailout agreement. Fiorina has been problematic for McCain on this front, as the Arizona Republican has been stuck defending her work at Hewlett Packard on numerous occasions as somehow different from that other CEOs.
