MSNBC's Keith Olbermann named -- gasp -- Sen. Barack Obama one of the "Worst Persons In The World" on Monday's show.

He should be on the Worst Persons List for supporting Bush and trying to sell America a shady Bailout scheme. It's the first thing he's done so far that's REALLY ticked me off.

Bailout - it is confusing- coz if the wall street falls down- it will hit the "main street" also. Everything is interconnected. But again- why should we pay for their greed...it is a confusing time for America and Americans.

What do you mean there is no other option? There are plenty of options other than the Bush/Cheney plan. For example: why not allow the government to put money only into banks that are NOT failing and allow those banks to build a bigger share of the market and turn a hefty profit back to us taxpayers. There you go, another option!

People need to use their own minds rather than listen to the media. Obama is WRONG on this issue, as Bill Clinton was wrong about NAFTA. I'm a Democrat and I will be voting for him, but people should not be duped into thinking this Bailout is the only option.

Yes he should, because I hold him to a higher standard than I do Nancy Pelosi or John McCain. He's much smarter than they are and he should know better.

Also- as a wife- I could so relate to that. My husband always forgets our anniversary. Just to avoid uncomfortable situation- I remind him a week before about the anniversary so that he remembers the anniversary. And if I ask him about the no of yrs we are married- probably he will make the same mistake as Obama did...LOL....so relate to Michelle's story..

well, he looked as serious to me as he always does. Anyway, the reason people like myself were confused was because this is normally a serious list. He blames ppl for serious reasons, and even lumped him in with jerks like Hannity. So, even if "its a joke" crossed my mind, that wasn't enough for me to be sure. I felt it was harsh for a mistake that even Keith himself would make. Doesn't mean I don't have a sense of humor. I just didn't understand the humor in this case.

He soooooooo deserved this! I saw this yesterday on KO too. Michelle has done a lot of work helping out with ALL his campaigning, IL State, US Senate, and now POTUS! Not to mention keeping those lovely girls of theirs as beautiful and articulate as they are. She has obviously not "trained" him enough.

I vote he gets a tattoo of "tick marks" that number the years they've been together. Also, I vote that after the Inaugural Ball, which he'll be exhorted into spending an inordinate amount of money on Michelle’s gown, that she gets a four-week-free-of kids vacation, to a spa of her choosing…and which she can then take the lonely commenter from a blog that originally suggested it. ;>
