Sam Zell spared no expense for his annual birthday bash Saturday night.
"More than 800 Zell pals partied hearty at ''One Enchanted Evening'' in a tented fantasyland the real estate mogul's crew created in an old shipyard at Halsted and Archer," Chicago Sun-Times columnist BIll Zwecker reported. Among the crowd were billionaire Bill Clinton friend Ron Burkle and Gov. Rod Blagojevich.
The Eagles provided the entertainment, and food came from Chicago restaurants Blackbird, Le Lan and Joe's Stone Crab.
