TMZ has new details in the judgment that denied Sharon Stone's request to move her son Roan, 8, from San Francisco (where he lives with ex-husband Phil Bronstein and is in school) to Los Angeles.

The court has released what it calls the "Tentative Statement of Decision." It is a highly sensitive document, which outlines a bitter, ongoing battle between Stone and ex-husband, Phil Bronstein.

Among many things, the judge says, "Mother appears to overreact to many medical issues involving Roan." In one case, the judge describes Stone believing Roan had a spinal condition, but "there was no evidence to support this allegation."

And then the court says, "Another example of an overreaction is that Mother suggested that Roan should have Botox injections in his feet to resolve a problem he had with foot odor. As Father appropriately noted, the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected the odor problem without the need for any invasive procedure on this young child."

The judge goes on: "Unfortunately, the problem caused by Mother's overreactions is painfully real for this child."

TMZ, not known for being shy with the details, says it has more details but will not publish them.

No caffeine
No protein
No booze or
Nicotine (and, apparently, no talcum powder)

I'm not familiar with these institutes, but I have read similar stuff elsewhere:
Corsello Centers:
"Talcum powder is a lung irritant. A study done at Brigham and Womens Hospital in Boston, MA has linked it to ovarian cancer. Solution: To keep the baby's bottom dry use cornstarch or arrowroot powder."
Associated Content:
"The dangers of talc have been well characterized by studies that show it to be similar in structure to asbestos..."
Wikipedia:
"Talc (derived from the Persian via Arabic talq) is a mineral composed of hydrated magnesium silicate with the chemical formula H2Mg3(SiO3)4 or Mg3Si4O10(OH)2."
Several studies have established preliminary links between talc and pulmonary issues,[2] lung cancer,[3][4] skin cancer and ovarian cancer.[5] This is a major concern considering talc's widespread commercial and household use. In 1993, a US National Toxicology Program report found that cosmetic grade talc caused tumours in animals, even though it contained no asbestos-like fibres.[3] Scientists have been aware of the toxicity of talc since the late 1960s, and in 1971 researchers found particles of talc embedded in 75 percent of the ovarian tumors studied.[6][citation needed] However, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) considers non-asbestiform talc, that is talc which does not contain potentially carcinogenic asbestiform amphibole fibers, to be Generally recognized as safe (GRAS) for use in cosmetics. [7]"

I like cornstarch. It works for me.

does huffpost now do an automatic post of everything on tmz? i'll get over my dismay, however, to comment this. i grew up in 50s-60s (in the south) and had a horrible problem with sweating feet that lasted until my twenties in nyc. it was a HUMILIATING condition!!! trust me, judge, socks and foot deorderant had no effect on my problem, and no doubt stone resorted to this simply because she and her doctor had tried everything and the boy was freaking out. and, also, you stone revilers, let's not forget her years of lovely service in the cause of fighting aids.

I am in the medical field and this is not a new thing - mothers (especially) over reacting. My conclusiona and that of the doctors and nurses I work with is that these are the mothers who need to "prove" to the child and usually others how much they "love" them by over reacting. When you work 20 years in the medical field, you learn a lot about people and this has become a cliche - the over reaction - so it not remotely unusual the way stone has acted.

I am an overprotective mother but fortunately for my children, we rarely rely on medical professionals as they are so prone to "over reacting" and needlessly medicating.

Probably esp. by mother's because they are generally the ones who take their kids to the doctor. It's people in the medical field (I'm a nurse) that are the problem, when they are judgmental like you, it's a real problem And that often leads to being over concerned. You probably judge others as not caring enough to bring their kid in. I think Stone is a nut, but your comments are terrible. I hope you don't work in my clinic.
You better believe too, when the kid has a problem, the mother's to blame.

Iin Munchausen's the mother actually causes an injury in the child and strives to be a hero for either getting help for the child or for solving the mystery. At least that's how I understand it.

I think Stone is just overly anxious. Maybe she's unsure what is normal during children's growth. But maybe she's nuts.

When injected into sweat glands, it blocks the neurotransmitter necessary to allow the sweat glands to function.

I get you, but it would just suck for your particular stinky feet to be public knowledge, especially in the context of explaining how your mother is batshit insane. LOL

I think this is a misleading headline. While the truth of the matter's weird, it's not as weird as the implied cosmetic surgery.

I agree.
A lot of people get botox under their arms to stop sweating, but it's a little bit extreme to want to do that to a child.
