This reminds me of our "War on Communism" strategy with Fidel Castro.

It's our new "green" strategy; let them die by natural causes and old age.

Have to hope he had the same lousy nephrologist as Osama Bin Ladin.

This may or may not have any bearing on the situation. If he was the one hiding Bin Ladin and Zawahiri it might just open an opportunity for treachery.

But I suspect the problem in Pakistan's NW Frontier is much greater than individuals.

And resides somewhere deep within the military or intelligence circles.

All I'm going to say is; People can lead a Horse to Water but You can't make that Horse drink it, Who's to blame, what's the full reason that Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto got assassinated..It's not hard to see, just take a look at the way that Religion & Politics collide/works within Pakistan.

This is good. Without a strong second in command, the time it takes for a leader to emerge will be longer and there's much more chance of division and competition within the ranks. The fact that no second person was ready to take over may betray a mistrust within the group by Mehsud.

I wonder if the Jackals got him...

Well, of course they blamed a "lone gunman" for the death of Bhutto...and now, just like Lee Harvey Oswald, he's dead. Dead men tell no tales, eh? I wonder if they fed him that contaminated Chinese milk?

I have a very different theory of how Bhutto died... and why. But I ain't gonna tell it here. It would be deleted in the interests of "National Security" or something.
