I Like ItI Don’t Like It

Recently unearthed video shows that just two months after 9/11, John McCain was not only fully aware of the Bush Administration's Iraq War Agenda, but also that he actively helped make the argument for war.

In an interview broadcast November 28, 2001 on ABC News Nightline, McCain:

* Said that the Bush Administration would build a case for military conflict with Iraq, and expressed his support for such action

* Advanced false claims made by the Bush Administration about the threat of Iraqi WMD

* Connected Iraq with 9/11 by repeating the false claim that 9/11 hijacker Muhammad Atta had met with Iraq intelligence authorities in Prague before 9/11

Here's the video:

What a war monger. Notice how when speaking about war McCain is focused and driven. Perhaps he thinks war will heal the wounds of his POW days. Snap out of it McCain. Man Up! The world is not Hanoi. We appreciate your duties as a soldier 40 years ago. Tough times come for all soldiers, yea you suffered but some also died. Your quest should not be war and it most certainly should not be an excuse for presidency. The world is not Hanoi.

Similar to Bush only becoming coherent when he speaks of war and terror.

I know there are a lot of pasted links put up these days. But this one is worth the effort. This is a really great parody on the Will.I.Am song, Yes You Can... This one was written by using the words of John McCain, it's called NO. You can't.
Pass this one along. It's really good.

Go back to the debate last Friday. Every place that Mc Gaffe bragged about visiting was some war torn, conflict cursed place. He was just happy as a clam to talk about all of these places. He likes it. The man likes the smell of burning gun powder and smoldering bomb riddled fields in the morning.

yep yep; never once mentioned a country or leader that was not from a war torn country except Putin that he wanted to put on notice.

This man loves war. America, McCain is just to risky to be President. As for the republican party....

Check out this movie about voter fraud everyone should see. Watch it and pass it along to everyone you know.

Important: voter fraud means that fake voters voted fraudulently. What that video describes is election fraud, which the GOP used to steal the 2000 election. They also use voter suppression, trying to invalidate as many votes as possible by claiming voter fraud.

The Repugnants already lost a court case tonight in Ohio trying to stop early voting. These people are a threat to American society and it's future.

Over 4,000 dead Americans in this war, and this guy is supposed to be a hero HOW?

Look, all you have to do is connect the dots. America was attacked. Even anthrax can cause a lot of problems. We can't attack the Saudis, where the attackers came from, because they are our allies. So we have to attack another country that has a lot of oil.

Makes perfect sense to me.

But does the fact that the Anthrax was ours mean we must now declare war on ... America? Oh, never mind, the repubs did that 28 years ago.

It all depends on how much oil there is in the U.S.

I think Bush and McCain are two rebellious, under-achievers who are still trying to out-do Daddy, but know they'll never measure up.

Becoming an Admiral shows some intilect. Becoming a republican senator just shows you can lie.

So what else is new?

Bush was planning the Iraq war, and diverting funds from homeland security to do so, BEFORE 9/11.

McCain just leaped on the bandwagon.

I'm sure there is a gold mine of McCain lapses out there... I remember 2 that I hope somebody will dredge up
1) In the 2000 primary he wanted to ban Porn from the internet..... at the time porn was the #1 $ maker.... Free speech issues???
2) During the early stages of the Iraq debacle he appeared on one of the Sunday A.M shows and when asked why France had not joined the "Coalition of the willing" he described France as an actress who has lost her looks with age yet still expects to be treated to free dinners etc....
In light of his recent comments about the importance of working with France to rein in the Iranians I think his faded actress comment might fall into the "you just don't say things like that" category.
I remember these comments and filed them away as PTSD brain farts...
Needless to say we can't afford to have a person of his character as POTUS.

ABC News needs to rummage through it's archives... Or maybe we'll bombard ABC News with a link to this video and how we feel about them trying to keep it under the radar...

SIde Note:
How much does the CREDIT DEFAULT SWAPS and DERIVATIVES MARKET play a roll in the unwilling of banks to take on loan risks?

It amazes me that a handful (5) of banks are holding well over $500 trillion in derivatives (basically side bets) and now are in serious trouble because they don't have the assest to cover the bets (Opps! Bye Bye Company)...

This should be on the mainstream media. This was he same thing he was "scolding" Obama for.

If Obama looses this the media should never be trusted with informing the public.

Isn't that the very sort of "tipping your hand" that Senator McCain is accusing Sen. Obama of?

Shame shame on you John McCain....what Senator McCain doesn't understand is...you don't DO THINGS LIKE THAT.
