Whether Matt Groening is an Obama guy, a McCain guy, or is voting for a fringe party, the question of just how much American voters can TRUST the flawed voting machines is a valid one, as is the overall honesty of the election system itself.
So, although the Democrats were the victims of the kaffuffle in 2000 and since, the honesty of the system by which the American public chooses leaders is so important that it is baffling to me that they have not written their congress-person, or even taken to the streets to demand a verifiable, HONEST voting system. If that means going back to PAPER BALLOTS, so be it. Many countries use them successfully and the ballots themselves still exist, in the event of the necessity of a recount.

Ouch!!! No more computers!!!! Watch the exit polls. Watch whether the hand count agrees with the computer count. Don't accept ridiculous results. The hand count in New Hampshire differed by an incredible degree from the computer count which gave the win to Hillary. This is not just the Republicans. There is collusion.

I have not bothered to look up the story that there were whole districts in New York where, supposedly, Obama did not get one vote. Is this true?

If you seriously DON'T want this to happen, please use paper ballots. This has been going on for over 20 years. The people haven't had a REAL vote in all this time and we NEED one in this particular election so we do not have a THIRD bush term.

I'm quite certain that electronic voting machines can be and have been rigged, but so can video-audio. Don't you think it's odd that this shocking testimony in this congressional hearing was not reported by a single news source? Take note of the programmer's name in the beginning of the video , and then check out this unrelated story in Politico about Feeney... http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0908/13265.html ... in the last half of the story, it mentions Feeney's former opponent - you guessed it, it's that same guy. This video smacks of the kind of made up stuff that the right wing nutjobs spread "proving" that Obama is a Muslim militant. QUESTION EVERYTHING!! .. even stuff you find on the internet.
