Sarah Palin Winks At America
Sarah Palin sure did wink a lot during the debate.
My question is, why? Was she trying to woo America?
Or is she trying to pull something over on us?
Here's some video:

Palin has gotten as far as she has on a "wink and a prayer!!" She's a flirt which obviously works in Alaska, but it ain't gonna carry the rest of the country, by golly gee!
It was a signal to her conspirators planning to liberate the Alaskan microcosm from the United States.
When Palin talked about her differences with McCain, she said with a wink "I will keep pushing him on ANWR." I immediately thought she was suggesting that she would turn on her womanly charms.... my next thought... well lets say it wasn't very pleasant..
It was a secret message to all of the diplomats she met the other day.
As it goes with pretty much everything Palin does, there now also a t-shirt made with her wink on it. The best part about it is that they kept the CNN text underneath her so it looks like it would be great if McCain won the election then the shirt would be a powerful message to highlight all the things they promised they were going to do... then didn't.
The winking, the folksy charm, the may-I-call
Obviously, Lowry here is smitten. And he's not alone. Say what you want about her politics, she loves the camera and it loves her right back.
If the Couric interviews showed us the breadth and depth of her intellect, last night showed us that she's not at all afraid to take those meager tools and face off agaisnt a formidable foe in front of a gargantuan audience. Had she faltered, she would have been consigned to punch line status for life. Having made it through on a combination of spunkiness, self-confidence, and a willingness to ignore the questions and head straight to the talking points, she has saved her career for another day.
And on that other day, when her weakness have been shored up and her strengths amplified, she's going to be pretty dol-garn scary.
Palin, if I want an older woman winking at me while making cutesie little baby talk, I'll go to a strip bar and find a stripper!
Political Whoremongering
The last person who winked at me, I slapped his face. It's very disturbing and should be left in her bedroom for "First Dude's" lap dance.
I found her very undignified. It was like watching a drag queen pretend to be Judy Garland or something. I expected her to start tap dancing at the end. I shook my head and wondered how ANY ONE in America could find her remotely presidential. She's almost as goofy as Bush.
Somehow I think Palin's "man-straightening" manner, which may have served her well as a sports announcer, do not endear her to women, especially not the Hillary-voters that she was supposed to attract.
