There was a lot of uproar over Gwen Ifill moderating for the VP debates and "supporting" Obama, but has anyone bothered to raise a stink over the fact that Brokaw is moderating the next Presidential Debate?! I think that there needs to be some questions raised over that one!!

Once again, there were duel-ling rallies here in Anchorage. The McCain-Palin rally was held in the just-completed Dena"ina Convention Center in downtown Anchorage. The Obama rally was held outside, just a couple blocks away, at the Delaney Park Str-ip.

One would think that the Republican rally celebrating the hometown girl, in her very very red state would have drawn a huge crowd, and that the Obama rally would be a few brave intre-pid souls with a couple signs shive-ring by the side of the road.

One would be wrong.

Uh, I would argue that McCain doesn't know how to win wars. He knows how to attract anti-aircraft fire and crash land. Perhaps that skill is on display in his campaign. The fact that he stood by and watched Kerry get Swift-Boated is what allows me to say that without any guilt.
