Hannity Quotes Anti-Semite On Obama's "Radicalism"

Just in time for Yom Kippur comes a reminder of what a world-class ganef Sean "Shonde" Hannity is. On Sunday, Hannity ran a "special report" entitled "Barack Obama: History of Radicalism," in which he presented, as a credible resource, at least one gentleman with a radical history of his own. We speak of Andy Martin: peripatetic electoral also-ran, self-styled "consumer advocate" from a parallel universe in which evil consumer advocates thrive, and one of the few people to earn the label "vexatious litigant" from the Wikipedia. (Side note: "Vexatious Litigants Of The Wikipedia" is my new favorite punk rock band name.)

Martin is well-known for bragging about being a pioneer in the field of spitting out cuckoo-nutlog attacks on Barack Obama, but the far more interesting thing about Martin is that he's a dedicated anti-Semite. Ari from Oxdown Gazette has the details:

The same Andy Martin who,

"...ran as a Democrat for Connecticut's 3rd Congressional District seat under the name "Anthony R. Martin-Trigona," his campaign committee filed papers saying its purpose was to "exterminate Jew power in America and impeach U.S. District Court of Appeals judges in New York City."

And that wasn't his only anti-Semitic outburst:

In a New York bankruptcy case, he referred to a judge as a "crooked, slimy Jew." During the bankruptcy dispute, he filed a civil-rights lawsuit claiming Jewish bankruptcy judges and lawyers were conspiring to steal his property. He asked a court to bar "any Jew from having anything to do with plaintiff's property."

In another motion in the case, he wrote: "I am able to understand how the Holocaust took place, and with every passing day feel less and less sorry that it did, when Jew survivors are operating as a wolf pack to steal my property."

How exactly, does this sort of cracked-out wackface make it into a report on someone else's alleged radicalism? Well, we remind you, Hannity has something of a history of pallin' around with anti-Semites.

A credible news organization would never allow a crank like Sean Hannity to even appear on one of it"s programs, much less have a show of his own. He is not "fair and balanced." He is a right wing extremist, and very much unbalanced. Fox news is a disgrace to the Americsan airwaves.

No, seriously, you have to Google "Anthony R. Martin-Trigona" or "Andy Martin" because this article doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of what he is.

He wrote an vanity-press ("bespoke publishing") book about his hatred of Obama.

Has made a 'career' of nuisance litigation.

Was denied admission to the Illinois bar due to the fact he's a megalomaniac.

A seriously dangerous, hateful man.

The latter is his name. Martin-Trigona is a former Champaign-Urbana slum landlord & nutcase. I have a fine Illinois corncob for Hannity which I'll present as soon as we can get Sean to bend over & pick up the soap.

I am beginning to wonder if some of these extreme right wing folks have a fantasy idea of what the great years of the United States were like. Hannity's Catholic. doesn't he know that Maryland was founded to create a haven for English Catholics because they were being persecuted? And that in the various colonies, the different protestant denominations were persecuting each other? Ever hear of tarring and feathering, Sean?

I suppose that fantasy also requires that all non-whites become lowly slaves and that all women, with the exception of a few courtesans, very high class, must keep their mouths shut and receive no education.

What time period do they long for? And in what fantasy world?

I look forward to the day when we can start dragging these people out in the streets and clubbing them.

Since hate and violence is what they want and preach, then hate and violence should be their albatross that takes them to the bottom.

I hope President Obama takes it to Rupert Murdoch as I feel he is the sole responsibility for the actions of his company, Fox.

Since the air waves are owned by Americans I feel it is high time we put Fox, Infinity and Clear Channel back in the box and ship them back to Australia or Venus!

You just know President Obama has a plan to right the wrongs inflicted upon him and his family by this right wing hate machine. Now the dems will control all three branches.....can you say "UH OHH!"

Oh we definitely don't want them, and as they are actually your home grown products, keep them. For that matter I'm not too sure Australia wants Murdoch back either (he's now an American citizen I believe). We'll take Russell Crowe, though.

funny thing is I spend a lot of time in the UK and they have sky satellite tv owned by Rupert Murdoch they have fox news on there also but the news channel sky news is nothing like fox at all they never do what fox does they just tell you the issues and let you decide they don't just plug one party

Hannity and O'Reilly seem to be portraying an attitude that I've seen in some Long Islanders- my 3 jewish boys (100% and proud) would play traveling sports leagues in certain non-jewish enclaves of Long Island-- there were times throughout their sport associations they would come back from these "away" games with stories about how these teams would razz them on coming from a predominantly jewish school district--- our boys would not be verbally bullied and sullied by these remarks and would of course tell these other boys to "just grow up"-----------
