To use his words - "who cares" about Steve Schmidt? The talk about him being the next political genius will evaporate with a 6-8 point win for Obama in November. Further, I wouldn't bestow the genius tag on anyone who was stupid enough to pick Palin for anything than organizing a bake sale in Wasilla.

Well said. I curious to see how some of these talking head journalists on MSM utter words of praise for people like Scdmidt and Rove. A lot of repubs. use very uneducated people as point people, is it that easy. I am floored that the MSM labelled Rove as "Bush brains". Wow, that is scary and childlike. To think a combination of both these brains would produce anything positive is far stretch. Now we have Schmidt, being touted as saviour for McCain because of Swharz, now what is the difference between those two brains. I am just not getting this, why has the public school system so failed us in its products.

I thought that the fingerpointing would start on November 5th and we'd hear a good 2-3 weeks of it. Surprise! An earlly start. McCain's campaign has looked like a kindergarten firedrill with the teacher out of the room for weeks now. The Sarah Palin choice was a total mystery.

So Steve is going to be the scapegoat. Let's see how he likes that position.

Ok, here is the deal. Schmidt, 38 year, has a gay/lesbian sister, not a problem. How is that he is still in the Republican party with those credentials. Especially with Palin wanting to pray the gay away.
