More Polls Show Obama Leading In Battleground States

Bloomberg:

Democrat Barack Obama leads Republican presidential nominee John McCain in battleground states of Ohio, Pennsylvania and Minnesota, according to new polls.

Obama, an Illinois senator, leads 49 percent to 42 percent among Ohio voters, according to a Columbus Dispatch poll of 2,262 likely voters released yesterday.

The survey, conducted Sept. 24 to Oct. 3, shows a change from a poll by the newspaper before the parties' nominating conventions, when McCain had a single percentage-point advantage. The state is crucial to the Arizona senator's campaign, because no Republican has won the presidency without carrying Ohio.

We should fear that we don't live in a democracy any longer. The cyber security with current voting machines is in the bronze age and paid GOP computer hackers alter results going from polling stations to district offices which total the results. Also, GOP members in office are purging voters in VA, MO, and LA. I only hope the repubs don't do worse; like an 'incident' before Nov. 4th that will be blamed on 'terrorists'; I would not be surprised, but I think at this point most people will not be dumb enough to fall for it.

And make sure that if you know someone who is just registering to vote, to let them know that that ISNT their vote. They must go to their designated polling place on Nov 4th. And this isnt just 'poor' people, some college kids have even thought that by registering to vote, they had voted and were finished! Go figure!

The problem is, will they try another surprise of some kind. Will something blowup, or new crisis to distract people away from things. Will they use illegal means to manipulate the electronic votes , or is their someone setting them up this time with the voting fraud, to prosecute them after they leave office. I think it's safe to say Obama has won this. I think the turning point was when McCain tried to get out of that debate a couple of weeks ago. That looked like he was quitting. Then of course the debate itself was won by Obama and then McCain made an imbecil of himself over the economic crisis. The gap between them will only get wider from here on out. A few weeks from election day, it will seem like a joke. But then that's dangerous because many people may not vote, thinking that he will win by a landslide.
