UPDATE

Kiyanna Salter may have been killed because of a man's accidental touch, the Tribune reports:

Jasmine Wilcox, 18, said she and her cousin were returning home from their aunt's house, where they had been helping her recuperate from recent hospitalization.

The two of them were sitting together on the bus when a man in his 20s sitting near the back door began talking to them, Wilcox said.

As the bus stopped at 71st and Cottage Grove, she said, a younger man passed by, accidentally brushing the hand of the man who was talking to them.

That touch set off an argument, which led to both men showing guns, Wilcox said.

When the younger man got off the bus, he turned and fired a single shot back inside, she said.
